Akshay sorted out my double billing problem that occurred. After porting my number over to Lebara, I was still getting charged for the original number on the Lebara SIM card, as well as the ported number that was now on the Lebara SIM card.

First we had a scatty person and I had no idea what she was advertising. Then another not quite as obnoxious. Now we have a bitchy advert with one know-all and one made to look stupid. Come on get decent adverts. Whoever writes your TV adverts needs to improve drastically
Aarti Jain was extremely helpful & explained a way to keep a long owned phone number ...I joined Lebara over a year ago (then husband joined too). Other Company caused numerous problems but never any signal/calls/ data problems with Lebara & staff available particularly at weekends - useful when abroad or losing phone in UK unlike 'another company' who used EE 2 days for an e-m response !!! & office closed at weekends !!!!!
I somehow accidentally used my entire 5gb mobile data allowance in a few days, leaving no data for the rest of the month (not something I usually do). I called customer service, got through straight away and spoke to Kunal Punjani - he was able to renew my data as a good will gesture. Im very happy and impressed. My whole family are now with Lebara and this sort of resolution is why (along with their very reasonable tariffs)

I moved to Lebara in August last year. All was fine until I went on holiday on 4th June. I was relying on my phone for bookings, payments, tickets etc. After a couple of days my mobile data stopped working and I was unable to do anything other than make and receive voice calls and send and receive SMS messages. This caused all sorts of problems especially as I couldn't use maps for navigation. Despite numerous calls to Lebara and being asked to carry out network resets, check my mobile data settings etc nothing has worked and it still hasn't been fixed to date (12th July). I have been promised return calls on numerous occasions which never come and it has supposedly been escalated at least twice, I no longer believe this, I think its just a line that's trotted out, as are all the apologies. It was suggested my phone might be the issue and so after a chat with techs at my local Apple store I bought a new one but this wasn't the case as I still have the problem so I am now no further on and hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I have all but given up now, it's made life so difficult because pretty much everything relies on an App these days. I honestly don't think the problem will be fixed and now believe that I will lose my number. I have been promised a call from a 'higher up' (their words, not mine) today. I don't hold out much hope for either that or a solution. Although customer services come across as friendly and helpful once the call is ended they don't keep to their word. I expect I will now receive the standard automatic reply to this poor review as all the others who give low scores do. Just another indication that they aren't really bothered. Update; As expected I received the 'standard' response (see other negative reviews, they all get the same one), I don't hold out any hope of anyone contacting me
Our customer service experience has been unsatisfactory. Following the porting of four numbers two weeks ago, we have encountered a significant issue. We understand that this problem may be affecting multiple customers. The majority of incoming calls are not connecting, with callers receiving a message indicating that the number does not exist. Despite our attempts to obtain a resolution, we have not received a definitive answer or a solution. We were promised follow-up calls and emails from supervisors, but these have not materialized. I email the team that replied on here and still dont hear anything...
The internet is just awful. The coverage is total crap, making Lebara useless. This is the worst internet I've ever had. I'll be switching to another network.
Puneet desai was absolute star.. He helped me understand balance deduction which were 6 month old and provided necessary support.. Thanks praneet.. Regarding lebara, data network is not at the level we would expect in this era and sometimes network lags but takes care of roaming needs

I had a problem changing my SIM plan online and Nitin was the third advisor that I had spoken to in order to resolve my issue. He knew how to resolve this issue and guided me through the online process and sorted everything in a timeous manner. He was absolutely fantastic and did a first class job. The other two advisors were not very good and the second one I spoke to, could not get off the phone quick enough. Well done Nitin, excellent.
