I accidentally used my entire data allowance
I somehow accidentally used my entire 5gb mobile data allowance in a few days, leaving no data for the rest of the month (not something I usually do). I called customer service, got through straight away and spoke to Kunal Punjani - he was able to renew my data as a good will gesture. Im very happy and impressed. My whole family are now with Lebara and this sort of resolution is why (along with their very reasonable tariffs)
