Lebara scammers, charged me £25 without me knowing and i already told them about not wanting auto renewal, this is day light robbery, do not trust lebara, I don’t recommend Lebara to anyone as they are getting worse for scamming people and taking your money, there’s other networks out there who are not scammers, please avoid this Compnay at any cost…

Good people helpful service

Shashank helped resolve an issue with a SIM renewal in a very empathetic, professional and considered way. This was after I had a terrible experience with the agent who I had spoken to the day before who was very rude and had the audacity to blame me for an error that Lebara had made and she took no responsibility to resolve the problem.

I was represented by Nagmukesh today to help me with lost SIM card. He helped me to block the card and sent me a link how to swap the new SIM card to old number! Very helpful and knowledgeable and solved my issue very quickly.
