    Knights have been nothing but amazing…

    Knights have been nothing but amazing for both house purchases, especially Tianey Pierce, based in Portsmouth- she has been so helpful and informative throughout both exchanges and very efficient and quick with dealing with the matters and replying back to all queries. Would highly recommend using this firm.

    Amazing support from Natalie Wiles

    Natalie Wiles at Knights, Lincoln has been brilliant. I have been through a lengthy and complex divorce, and Natalie has given me advice and support every step of the way. From our very first meeting, I have found her attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable and highly professional. She has guided and supported me through all the processes and procedures needed to get me through to and beyond the final Court process. Natalie has always been approachable, patient and kind in what has been a very difficult time in my life. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie to anyone needing advice and support during their divorce.

    A no chain buy in Southampton took 6…

    A no chain buy in Southampton took 6 months, so pretty slow. It may have been because the solicetor co. was taken over by Knights (eg. IT issues). However we didn't hear this from the solicetor, it may have helped us to understand the lack of communication.

    Hugely supportive dovorce lawyer

    I have recently gone through a divorce, which was a lengthy and quite difficult experience. Natalie Wiles from Knights was my solicitor. From the very beginning to the successful end of this she has been honest, warm and completely supportive. She has always responded to any queries and concerns in very quick time and has been prompt in all of her correspondence. She has looked after my interests all the way through, without making me feel at all pressured or lacking in any relevant knowledge and when my mental health was affected she worked compassionately around that. I would not hesitate to use her again (hopefully not for divorce!) and highly recommend her.

    Michael Christou of Knights has handled two sales and a purchase for me. I'm particularly delighted with the sale that went through today after delays and issues related to the management company etc beyond Michael's control. His perseverance and professionalism were certainly appreciated. Highly recommended Thank you

You were so very professional, helpful and supportive and nothing was too much trouble for any of you.     AWFUL!!

    AWFUL!!! I am a private investigator with 17 years experience in Family Law working with Family Law specialists. My partner had a great Solicitor called Peter Hardy who worked for Langleys. Knights bought Langleys and Peter left. We got this awful solicitor called Natalie Wiles who gave my partner very bad advice in his divorce advising him to sign an undertaking that I knew would damage him and allow the other side to delay massively. My partners ex is very controlling. Something that Peter Hardy had recognised. Natalie Wiles was them very slow on correspondence and has put my partner in a really bad position. I managed to get hold of Peter Hardy at his new firm and he is now having to mop up the mess Natalie Wiles and Knights PLC have caused!! STAY AWAY from knights at all cost. If you want a decent extremely experienced solicitor then contact Peter Hardy at JGQC in Nettleham Lincoln

    Absolutely awful, no customer focus

    A truly awful experience (Leeds branch). We sold my Mum's flat to a cash buyer. My Mum is in a home so the flat is empty. Pretty simple transaction but not for Knights. It took over 9 months, they don't listen to a word you say or things you ask. They treated the transaction as if it was something they would do if they had a bit of spare time. When you deal with them it is easy to forget that they are supposed to be acting on your behalf and that you are paying them to do this. They don't listen to you and just tell you all the time that this is their process. They live in the "dark ages". If they were a normal commercial operation they would have lost all their customers by now and gone bankrupt. Avoid at all cost unless you want a very long, protracted, painful experience.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    If there was a no star option then i'd have selected that. Point blank refused to renounce as executors despite request by all beneficiaries and bereaved family and advise given by the law society. Money hungry company. AVOID MAKING A WILL WITH THEM. Shameful behaviour and do not act in the interest of anyone but themselves.

    Avoid like the plague Knights, T/A Integra

    My experience of dealing with Knights, T/A Integra, for a simple remortgage, was horrific. A catalogue of errors. I had to complain. As did my mortgage advisor. Firstly, they never uploaded the info I completed diligently and returned between Christmas and New Year. Secondly, I received my remortgage offer in very early January. I had to chase them later in the month for an update as there was no progress on their portal. They admitted having received my information but it just hadn’t been inputted on to the system. They then said I could sign digitally (which I was happy with) to speed things up. I received an email with a link to the Land Registry site. Spent ages signing up and then the code Knights had sent didn’t work. I then spent hours on the phone on hold before I was able to speak with someone to try and resolve this issue. I was told I’d need to sign the mortgage deed in wet ink. I asked for a hard copy to be sent in the post, but they refused and so I printed a copy and signed and had it witnessed and returned it by special delivery. Heard nothing again, so spent another few hours on hold trying to speak with someone. I was then informed my printer had printed in the incorrect format. I asked for a copy to be sent in the post. It was received and I was just about to have my signature witnessed again, when I received an email from my mortgage broker (who had been contacted by the lender) that the certificate of title (and the mortgage deed) didn’t contain my middle name. I complained again in absolute frustration. I was told a new mortgage deed would be sent to be received the following day. Yes. It was. But without my middle name…..again. I’m the end, I decided to insert my middle name manually and get my neighbour (who was witnessing my signature) to initial the manual amendment, as I also did. The incompetence of this business is astounding, but it’s never surprising when profits mean more than the customer and very low paid staff with high case loads are employed to deal with matters with which they don’t have the experience to deal. Avoid, like the plague. I must have spent at least 24 hours of my time trying to resolve the mess they caused.

    Closing in a week, I hear crickets from Knights PLC

    We are supposed to close in a week, emails get no response for days on end. No call backs, documents riddled with errors. If you want to close on time, use another firm.

    Wouldn’t find a better company, anywhere.

    Me and my partner have been through the process of buying a new build property, under the shared ownership scheme, meaning we are first time buyers! Very new and very confused to the whole property ladder jazz. Thankfully and greatfully we was assigned Helen Martin-Bell and Carole-Anne Graton at Knights PLC Nottingham. This whole process was a stressful 7 months, and the only grace we had was these two ladies! They had everything on key, everything on point and everything laid out for us in a way that it was easy for us to understand this process without having any knowledge to it. We couldn’t have asked for a better service , the consistency, the updates we received was top! Anything they heard from the development from the property, they informed us right away either email or called. They both made things happen and even fought our corner if something wasn’t up to there standard. We will certainly being using knights in the future for any more legal processes and we just hope we get these two ladies again, the service is great; the amount we spoke with Helen, it feels like we lost a Limb, we was that informed with everything We thank all of the team at knights making the process of buying our first home together easy on there behalf.

    Not professional and quite a time waster

    We used their service in Guildford area(their GU15 office) . It was terrible. Rescheduled 3 times and get told that the house was sold while we were invited to view. I recommended to go for other agencies and avoid waist if time with them. Not professional.

    Absolutely brilliant service recieved…

    Absolutely brilliant service recieved from L Nunns and Co. Initially chosen by my mum for sale of her property, when I had 5o take over responsibility, they advised what was needed and were there to support and make things as easy as possible for me. If I had any questions if I couldn't get hold of them at time of call, they would always get back to me the same day so I never felt I was being ignored or kept out of the loop. I would highly recommend .

    ATROCIOUS CONVEYOR BELT CONVEYANCING

    ATROCIOUS CONVEYOR BELT CONVEYANCING! breaches of GDPR ???? (sent another property owners details) given details that weren't relevant, not corrected or acknowledged when questioned, I ended up having to resolve. Bad communicators .......the list goes on! these people were a contributing factor i did not proceed with a house sale, still charged me full whack and not heard anything since they got their money. How, or why, i haven't decided to take to the Ombudsman i don't know!!!

    Avoid this firm like the plague.

    Used them as they were recommended by Purple Bricks. Terrible customer service. Don’t return calls, emails get answered days later. They don’t seem to care that buying a house is the single most important, expensive and stressful event in most peoples lives. The paperwork they sent me was riddled with errors which I had to email them to correct on the day before completion! Even then the amendments were wrong. I woundnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
