A fairly rapid and reasonably straight forward sale of a property with no chain recently. I am writing this review as an owner operator of an independent estate agency. I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Rees on a recent transaction where he was acting for the buyer of a property we were handling. Peter was responsive, concise and professional throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him as his approach and professionalism was refreshing given the standard many of his industry work to! Useless solicitors, avoid at all cost! No work ethic , not answering phone calls, either replying to emails. I was so fed up up with them that i have cancelled purchase of the property. Useless c u n t s!
A more comprehensive review to come but for now-This firm are more interested in blaming the builders than finding a solution! We should have moved in 3 days ago but these clowns messed up royally. I would never use them again and would urge others to look else where!!

Louise Nunns at Knights handled the recent sales of two rental properties for us. She was thorough and professional. The process has taken an exceptionally long time but I think this is largely due to huge volume of sales going through at the moment. We also had some complicated deeds of covenants to navigate which she helped us resolve.
Terrible! Lack of replies, all problems and no solutions. Been passed around between 3 solicitors and in 5 months I’ve only had one phonecall! Lazy, unprofessional, uninterested
Really professional service provided and happy with the level of contact and efficiency. Both Ruqeia & Louise were really helpful and quick at responding and getting the house sale completed.
Terrible service, really regret using them. They were constantly slow, unresponsive, and inept! I would advise people to shop around and go for a smaller local solicitor to get a better more personal service. You could tell you were just a number to them and they didnt really care about your experience.

Really poor customer service. Never answered any of our 20+ calls during the process of buying a house, very slow to react and gave the impression that they do not communicate internally. Caused several avoidable delays which ultimately pushed back the exchange date. You would think that this poor level of service was balanced by low rates but you would be wrong! I would recommend that any house buyers (especially first time buyers) look elsewhere.
Our recent house sale went very smoothly, thanks in no small part to Hannah Lloyd who steered us through the process with regular communication and whose attention to detail ensured there were no unpleasant surprises on the way.
Everything went very smoothly until just before exchange and completion it became clear that certain documents had not been requested from me as the seller. I had to deal with the matter as a matter of urgency. However, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Daniel Wilson in the final weeks of the process. Daniel ensured that exchange and completion took place smoothly on the same day, and made sure that everything was in order. It would appear that Daniel had to make up for some negligence on the part of others at Knights, and for this I am very grateful indeed - hence the 5 stars, which are for Daniel.
Knights handled my house sale as it needed a company geared up for a marital split. Kyle Spivey was the solicitor assigned to deal with the process. I found Kyle really easy to work with and the entire process was very straightforward, he kept me informed and offered good advice throughout. The sale successfully completed yesterday - given that my onward purchase (being handled separately with different companies) has got very messy, it was nice to have the sale part of the entire process go smoothly. I'd recommend Kyle - and Knights - if you need either a general or more tailored experience. Thank you.
We used knights by default as they were the solicitors used by our estate agents. Louise looked after our case and has been fantastic throughout. She kept us up to date at every point and has been amazing. Would highly recommend
We are first time buyers, using Knights Plc as support to purchase our own home. Since the start of the process we have had to chase them up for responses, communicate between themselves and the housing agents to get some clarity/answers as they did not do this themselves and on top of that, we have had to figure out what each document is requesting as they are not wrote well! Our documents and contracts had spelling and grammar mistakes, missed my name out on a few occasions and have had blank sections on almost each page. This has clearly been copied and pasted from another document of the same housing association and they have not bothered to fill in the correct information!! They get 2 stars because we are somehow, still on track to make the move in date...
My seller has gone through purple bricks with this shower of stuff I walk in. Well not only did they lose the pack information sent by the seller in Jan we are now in April and still waiting. My searches were back three weeks ago and Knights are still dealing with the basic pack info. How they are in business I'll never know. Absolute disgrace. Well done purple bricks you have done well here
I was lucky enough to have Alex M deal with the conveyancing on my flat sale. As well as being friendly and personable, she was extremely efficient and kept me regularly updated throughout the process. I had a few bumps in the road with a tricky buyer but Alex handled it all brilliantly as was able to keep me calm as well as get the job done. I really couldn't fault her. Thanks Alex - you're an absolute gem.
Katrina & Richard were absolutely excellent to work with, updating us regularly and explaining everything thoroughly so we understood every step of the way. We were very reassured throughout the process and impressed with how efficient they were. Would highly recommend.
