Left 3 messages with the local tenancy solicitor at the Newcastle Under Lyme branch. Rang for a 4th time and complained to the receptionist that no one was returning my calls. Finally spoke to the solicitor (a partner according to the website) who was frankly rude and denied receiving any messages on both her mobile and direct line. I was instructed to e mail her my details and she would get back to me. I’m still waiting!! Terrible service avoid and find someone who wants your business

Last Spring (2022), we chose CoffinMew (as was) to act on our behalf as they were on Bellway Homes' recommended panel and would therefore make the home buying process easier. The house was bought off-plan and we completed at the end of February 2023. The call from Lisa Perry on the day of completion was a very happy one! Throughout the process, the New Homes team - and in particular Lisa Perry, Samantha Kidd and Amy Cole - were efficient, friendly and helpful despite our travelling constantly throughout the year between the UK and our other home overseas. Thoroughly recommended!
