Very good and efficient services

Thank you to Minal Shah and her team who were very efficient. My husband and I were up against a very tight deadline on 2 properties. Minal understood our concerns when we kept checking in and she supported us through the whole process. Minal and the team pushed through for us to secure the properties before our mortgage offers ran out. A big thank you to Minal and her team for our new home :-)

Due to a bereavement i decided to update my will.I first contacted a company called KNIGHTS in Chester who gave me a quote for a standard will which was £802.I thought this a bit expensive so phoned around and each one was shocked at KNIGHTS £802.On average the other quotes were £200.So the moral of the story is shop around not everybody wants to rip you off.

We have just moved house and Natalie, Sharon, Sue and Fiona have all been extremely helpful with each and every aspect of the process,helping to relieve the large amount of stress involved. Especially with the paperwork side of things. Would definitely recommend.

Charlotte Goodson and the team were fabulous in getting our new build purchase completed in 5 weeks to comply with the builders short timeframe. It was essential that things were thought of in advance as we were travelling for the whole time on an interrail holiday with limited access to the Internet. Slow, unprofessional and incorrect service provided on a simple re-mortgage with a Help-to-buy loan redemption. Had to correct multiple mistakes and lost a lot of time over the phone and email in order to complete and make sure that everything is correct. Our case was handled by the Senior Associate Minal Shah and her paralegal Hayfa Tejani and we won't be using their services again.

Complex lease dispute with landlord - Knights helped me with a dispute with my commercial landlord upon lease renewal. The desired outcome was reached and the landlord and I remain on amicable terms.

Being a first time buyer, buying a house was new experience for me. I chose Knights because of their competitive rates and prompt response, as well as being a recommended solicitors in association to the new build company I was buying with. Charlotte has been my solicitor throughout the process and I am really pleased the service and level of communication. I have heard stressful stories from people I know going through a house purchase and their solicitors taking a long time to action things or reply to emails. I never once had this issue. Charlotte and her team were very responsive, I always heard back the same day to any email I sent. Whenever there was new information or development through the process they would ring me immediately to inform me. I highly recommend them and would contact Charlotte again in the future if I needed to.
