Shoaib Mirza and Claire of Knights PLC Nottingham Branch we’re incredibly helpful, punctual and professional dealing with the purchase of my leasehold flat in a roaring market during the crazy busy months caused by the post lockdown stamp duty holiday. They went the extra mile to not only going through all documents with a fine tooth comb but also to close the deal in only 10 weeks at a time when the average sale was taking 22weeks to complete. I’m very happy with their guidance and would highly recommend the firm and in particular Shoaib who was easy to work with and always kept an attention to detail during a fairly complicated sale.

Excelent communication and service from Knights We have used their services for the sale of 2 of our rental properties, and will continue to use them in the future. Even through the current hard times, they have been professional and kept us up to date with sales of these properties. We dealt with Louise Nunns, and I would recommend her always.

This company should be avoided at all costs. Avoid cheap. You get what you pay for and in this case pay peanuts and get the monkeys. I see they also have glowing reports, well count yourself lucky if you get a member of their team that actually does their job properly. The fact they don't reply to bad reviews says it all really.

We had the best experience with Katia from the Chester office. She was efficient, knowledgeable and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend the Chester team highly enough!

PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company to purchase a house!!! absolutely terrible service from Jonathan towards us as first-time buyers and even towards the selling party. They do not have the manners to even contact you at all throughout this whole process even now to date we are chasing Jonathan to complete papers to send to a management company of our flat. the completion has been done in July 2021 and to this day am still chasing them I think the only time I have spoken to this man is when obviously the completion was to be done and money had to be transferred. since June I cannot pay service charges to the management company as even they are chasing him to transfer the papers/account. I'm am fed up to the point I will contact the acting body to get this dealt with.

We have been consistently impressed with the clear and frequent communication we have experience with Knights plc, as well as their proactivity. Thank you Megan. It is an unusual experience to be chased by a solicitor for information they require to speed things up, rather than the other way round!

Gethin, Fiona and Francesca are a brilliant team. Always available, always attentive, always detailed. Geth and his team have guided me through a number of sales and purchases now, and I always go back to them. The best in the business. Highly recommend.

We used Samantha Moore at Knights to assist with redeeming our help to buy loan. Samantha was absolutely fantastic and wasted no time at all. It was all sorted within days and a completion date given to us. Samantha liaised with Target for us and prepared all the paperwork in a timely manner. To say it was not your standard sale or purchase transaction, I would not hesitate to recommend Samantha to everyone I know. She is extremely professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and responded promptly to my queries. If I could give Samantha 10 stars I would! I will be shortly doing a remortgage and there is no one else I would want to put my trust into!

What ever you do do not use this company. I have just used Knights to deal with selling and then buying homes. Nightmare!!!! I could write an essay on their ineptitude but I won't bore you. If I could give a minus I would! DO NOT USE KNIGHTS. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Fantastic experience with Geth and Fiona at Knights, very professional and efficient, and worked hard to ensure we met our stamp duty deadline by completing the sale within 7/8 weeks. We received continual communication on the progress of the sale, and swift responses to emails or phone calls. Would definitely recommend to others.

One of the main reason my property purchase fell through is 'KnightsPLC'. I had a horrible experience with them for almost 3 months' during my home purchase experience that eventually fell through. - I chose this firm based on the recommendation from my estate agents ( a big mistake!!) - You cannot talk to the solicitor who is handling your file. Period. So no updates!! - It looks like that they do not have inter-department communciations. 'Searches' was done by another firm (lifetime legal) in which Knights PLC are panel solicitors. Lifetime legal was very responsive to my enquiries and they confirmed multiple times that the reports were sent to the solicitors. Searches department sent the reports a month earlier and my solicitor didn't have any clue. I have to finally follow up to obtain the copies of the reports and personally send them over to the solicitor. - Each solicitor, I believe is overloaded with too many case files and does not have the capacity to handle them. My case was unnecessarily delayed and the seller pulled out of the sale due to a delay in the overall process (mainly due to my solicitor). After informing them about the vendor pull out from the transaction (through email), they (junior solicitors - lol) still reached out to me at least twice (after a month or so) with further updates regarding my purchase process which clearly shows how bad they are with tracking the case files and their status. I wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends/family!

Professional, attention to detail, courteous and friendly. Went out of way to help and advise on each stage of the sale and buy process. Asked for additional help to resolve a planning issue on our purchase and could not fault the quality and timing of the help. Would thoroughly recommend the services of Gethin and Hannah.

Geth, Katia and Hannah were fantastic, can't recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions, no matter how trivial, were answered promptly. In fact the speed of email replies was amazing, I'm not sure Geth actually sleeps!! We received excellent advice and the house sale went through without any hitches, thank you to the whole team.

From start to finish both Geth and Fiona went above and beyond for us. They were great at keeping us informed throughout the process, with regular updates via telephone or email. They had loads of knowledge and shared this with us. The whole sale process was completed within 12 weeks, with both of them working relentlessly to ensure we saved on the stamp duty. I would highly recommend Knights and would definitely recommend both of these guys

My new mortgage lender chose Integrar, which is owned by Knights plc. I figure they rely on such contracts, since individuals would never select them based on their appalling customer service. Sadly my experience has been the same as the many google reviews I have read. Despite a total of 8 emails spread over two months and over a dozen phone calls I have had zero contact/response from Integrar regarding my issue. Ultimately I have been charged an extra fee I am not happy with. I have also reached out to their parent company ‘Knights plc’, but over 3 weeks on from that email, they too have elected to ignore me. I have raised a formal complaint with the new mortgage lender who will take it to the Integrar seniors directly, since such behaviour is unacceptable and does not reflect their website description of themselves, quote: “a market leader in the provision of conveyancing services”. Far from it in my opinion.

Very poor service. Barely any communication, took on average 5 emails and 2 voice messages to receive one liner of an email, usually last thing so nothing could be done until the next day. Estate agency were told we're ready to complete, over a month later I ended up losing the property. I wholeheartedly believe it was due to the poor service I received from them. No foresight into what will happen next, or what might take longer so maybe should start that part earlier. Very quick to blame everyone else (Sellers solicitor (who to be fair, wasn't the easiest i believe!), mortgage broker etc). Absolutely appalling.
