I was in touch with team from day-1 when we planned to purchase the property and it was great experience working with them and they were quite proactive to get the queries answered.

We sold our house and bought a bungalow our buyers had the worst solicitors going, we were messed around with one off sick one on holiday one who made excuse after excuse 5 months of sheer crap but our solicitor Ian Peach with his Junior Ben Phillips were amazing, they were there for us always and their support and professionalism was the best, I would recommend Ian 💯 he was always on email and always answered his phone and if not he’d ring back asap So glad Archbold & Edwards our Estate Agent recommended Ian as I wouldn’t have moved without his support I would have pulled out, the horrendous stress and service our buyers solicitors put us through in 5 very long months. Emily Brown from Knights (formerly Coffin Mew) was my solicitor when I purchased a new build in October 2022. She was absolutely fantastic throughout, very competent, easy to reach and replied to emails and calls extremely promptly. She answered every question I ever had in a professional but clear way - both before and after the purchase. There were instances when Emily had to step in and urgently discuss matters with the property developer and she did so swiftly - ensuring the sale was able to go through after all. I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor - thank you Emily!!

Jodie Coy and the conveyancing team supported me to complete a purchase of a new build property. I found them reliable, responsive and efficient, particularly given the fast turn-around time that is required to meet set timelines on new build purchases.

Took Mr Paul goel of the commercial team 8 months to complete on my purchase even though it was a cash purchase. All my calls, messages and email were constantly ignored and he was very rude to me after I made a complaint. I had been using him for the past 15 years and every time the service was worse than before. Their complaints team were also a waste of time. Would never use this firm again or recommend them. All the extra months he took cost me in lost profits.

Communication was excellent and I felt we were kept up to date with the proceedings at all times which helped to make the whole process run extremely smoothly. I would highly recommend.

Please don't think of using Knights for wills or powers of attorney. We arranged a meeting to review ours, having previously used Langleys of Lincoln, with whom we were very pleased. They were taken over by Knights, so we assumed we would get a similar service and didn't ask about costs. After an hour's meeting, we were quoted over £1800 for relatively simple wills and the same for powers of attorney - plus £200 per hour (increasing to £250 per hour in May 2023). Having realised that there was little to gain from changing our wills, we decided not to proceed, but have been given a bill of £1,158 for what was effectively an hour's consultation. Needless to say, we regret not checking costs ahead of the meeting, other local solicitors quoted little more than this for the whole process.

We recently brought our first home and found that Lisa Perry and her team were an amazing help. They made the whole process simple and easy for us and went the extra mile to ensure we were in before Christmas - we'd definitely recommend them, especially for anyone buying a new build.

Be aware, this company is the parent company for Integrar Financial Services - for a more accurate reflection of the company (barring the obvious fake staff reviews), search Integrar here. Integrar is utterly useless. They have repeatedly asked for documents they have recieved multiple times, do not respond to questions themselves, and don't bother to update the progress on their online portal they force you to sign up to. They seem to just exist to obstruct and delay the process as much as possible. Dealing with them has been a frustrating experience, and I would avoid any company that uses them in the future.

Knights are an extremely helpful solicitors who have made the process in purchasing a house very smooth and proficient. All the staff are friendly and have a can help attitude when contacted either via email or telephone. I would and will be using them in the future.

Kirsten and her team were very helpful during the course of my sale and made everything straightforward and simple for me. She communicated at every stage so I knew what was happening and ensured my completion happened very quickly on the day. Would absolutely recommend.
