Paid for the lenses to be thinner, but they seem the same as the ones I didn’t. Overall, good experience.

I must write this review with my new glasses, which are beautiful and very high quality, not to mention the wonderful price and the detail of how they package this product, but the most important thing for me was the incredible customer service which I rate as the best. I bought two pairs of glasses and chose one clear and another pink frame, but I received a different color of one of my choice, so I submitted my feedback as requested and two days later I received a phone call and an email asking for more details but also offering me a way to help solve what happened. This company is incredible, not only did they solve the problem, the telephone customer service was friendly and professional, but they showed me that there are still companies that know how to treat customers, and are also responsible, fast and courteous. Thank you!!! I recommend it 1000%

I am very impressed by Kits customer service team. When I called to help what to do with my glasses with broken leg, Amanda quickly found my glasses by reference number and solved problem right away. Surprise! It was same new glasses for free. It was great experience, beyond my expectation. I appreciate Kits customer service, quick response, professional manner, understanding and consideration. Of course I will recommend Kits to anybody in need.

The CS rep, Chris, was outstanding during my call to KITS for assistance on an error. This was my first time reaching out to their CS team, and I couldn't of expected anything more from the staff member. Things got resolved quickly, Chris was very professional and understanding. It made my purchase from them be an even better experience, and their product quality is superb, so it looks like I have a new favorite company for all eye wear.

Customer service aided me in a smooth, quick and professional manner for a problem that was, in all honesty of my own making. For this I can’t give anything below 5 stars. It’s really rare to have such an easy time with stuff like this.

The customer service reps i spoke with were wonderful. Gabby and Amanda went above and beyond to help me. My frame twisted badly and they got the glasses replaced free of charge! Both were pleasant polite and had a good sense of humour. Not only do i love your glasses but also your staff.

I spoke with a customer service rep named Denis. He was absolutely wonderful. He helped me find a pair of glasses to replace a pair I purchased that were slipping off my nose. He was quick, efficient and just pleasant to speak with. Kits is an amazing company and I will be singing their praises to all my eye glass wearing friends!

I order a new glasses recently but I don’t feel the degree is accurate this time. I order several glasses from kits before and all worked well for me.

Great customer service counts! My last two pairs of eyeglasses have been ordered from Kits Eyecare. They have great style, amazing prices and are a Canadian company (Vancouver). My most recent pair—not a week goes by that I don’t get a compliment on them and I really love them. I’d noticed for the last week or so the left side feeling a little looser and I had to adjust them more frequently than normal. Today when I was taking them off to put on my work shirt, the left arm fell off the glasses and I was heartbroken because I love these glasses and I also need them to read my phone and computers. Quick call to the company on my dinner break tonight. They pulled up the order, saw that they were only ordered in November and when I explained that the arm had fallen off them, they immediately put in a replacement order on my behalf and they’re being shipped immediately no questions asked. When I asked if they needed a picture to see what happened they said not necessary but they would appreciate it if I don’t mind. I can’t recommend this company more highly as their customer service, their options and the way they stand behind their products has been truly amazing. What a great experience—thank you, Kits.ca.

I was a bit reluctant to order Eyewear offline. My vision is terrible, I also need no line bifocals. It has always been difficult to get a new pair of glasses and have both the prescription AND fit be just right. BUT I can say with absolute confidence, that I will order from KITS again....process was easy, prescription and fit are perfect and the price cannot be beat... thank you for quality Eyewear at an affordable price...

Tony was helped me immediately. I didn't like my frame or the transitions lenses I chose. He quickly helped me exchange them for a different colour of the York Comfort Fit frame (which are awesome for me! Love my clear York Comfort frames over the $600 pair I bought locally) and polarized sunglass lenses instead. Super happy! I have also bought glasses for my husband in another order, and referred my mother who likes her glasses from Kits way more than the ones she bought from Zenni previously. 100% recommend Kits!

The genuine, fast, intelligent and knowledgeable customer service in addition to an excellent online shopping experience have made me love this company! I ordered my first online glasses ever and despite me loving the frames, I sent them back so the lenses could be slightly adjusted. The frame was broken in their repair process but they went above and beyond to assist me in finding new frames. This company does all the right things and I expect will be very successful for it. Bought my first pair of glasses after doing an eye exam. Was too excited to notice I put down the wrong email and chose the wrong option for glasses, I didn't receive a confirmation from my order so I messaged the customer service they were helpful in changing my email to the correct one and sending me my confirmation and refund for my order. I'm looking forward to being able to see properly and will most likely buy more glasses from KITS. Thank you!
