Firstly i got my glasses done and shipped to be very quickly and at a very good price. When i contacted them about the glass being a bit larger in size than i wanted, they gave me a very good customer service experience with helping me shop online with them explaining how i can order a replacement and where to look for the dimensions of the glasses that would fit me better! would be ordering again from them!

So wonderful company. I accidentally cracked my glasses, due to my mistake. They replaced same set of glasses free of cost. I liked their product. I will surely be ordering from them in future. Thanks

I am very pleased with the service I received from Kits. I needed assistance tracking down a missing package of contact lenses that was apparently delivered by Canada Post. I chatted with with a rep and he helped me launch a claim with CP to trace the package and he also made arrangements to send me a replacement for the box of contact lenses free or charge. Highly recommended, will be ordering from Kits again in the future.

I'm giving 3 stars because the customer service has been decent EXCEPT....I'm extremely displeased with their courier choice and NO option for Canada Post or in-store pick up. I'm 3 pairs of glasses in (1 pair that didn't fit, 2 replacements for that order) and nothing to show for it because the shipping has been a bloody nightmare. After complaining about the shipping and missing two delivery attempts (because they deliver too late every time), they ordered another replacement pair and said they would ship Canada Post, but it shipped Raven Force again! Now I'm just pissed off and have demanded a refund because this entire thing has turned into an ordeal, and at this point I don't even care if I get glasses or not. I even said I'd be willing to pick them up from the store in one of my emails, but they didn't even acknowledge this. Incompetence from both companies involved.

Kits is an awesome company! I bought several pairs of eyeglasses and sunglasses from them, perfect quality, easy to process, supportive team and awesome designs! That's all you need to don't worry about buying eyeglasses anymore. Thanks Kits team!

The overall experience was very positive, Amanda the customer care specialist was very professional and showed genuine desire to assist me in my request, the problem with my order was a + - mistake during the order process. Amanda managed to solve the issue and replacement glasses will be shipped in a couple of days.

I purchased a pair of beautiful glasses three months ago and received many compliments. I was so sad when I lost a screw in them and was worried that was the end of these glasses for me. I called kits and Gabby was so helpful and they’re sending me a new pair. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I passed and order for 2 pairs of Designer sunglasses unfortunately i received only a partial order since one of the frames were not available this being said, customer service staff Diana came in so handy and so professional with me (i am not the most patient man) i could even say i am an a.hole when it comes to dealing with soemething i pay for and expect!
