Bought my first pair of glasses after doing an eye exam. Was too excited to notice I put down the wrong email and chose the wrong option for glasses, I didn't receive a confirmation from my order so I messaged the customer service they were helpful in changing my email to the correct one and sending me my confirmation and refund for my order.
