I have been a customer for years. The thoroughness, efficiency, and timeliness of the customer service here is a whole other level up from the vast majority of online merchants. Just outstanding at addressing problems (and regular orders) in a smooth manner.

My big, goofy St Bernard cross was being immensely cuddly, and enthusiastically but accidentally knocked me down. My Kits glasses unfortunately were damaged beyond redemption as I hit the ground. Customer Service Rep Amanda has saved the day, and through her kindness and patience with me and my 1 million questions, went above and beyond to sort out replacement glasses for me! Yay! I can't recommend Kits.ca enough! I’ve loved every pair of glasses I’ve bought from them - 6+ pairs and counting - and Kits Customer Service is absolutely the best in the business!!! AAA111+++

Great and quick customer service

I ordered progressive lenses. The first pair arrived with two different lenses. When I called they quickly noted it was their error and sent a second pair. These arrived a couple of days later but the progressive transition was not working for desk to computer which is what I need. I called and spoke with James who quickly realized I needed office progressives and he said there is no way to choose that on the website. He is sending me a 3rd pair no problem. Great customer service plus I can donate or keep for a back up the incorrect ones. No need to ship them back. My only recommendation would be to include the option to choose that the progressives are for office use when ordering to avoid this. Quality of the glasses is excellent and so much more affordable as I do not have any coverage for glasses.

Quick and efficient response. Tony helped me with my order and they resolved quickly. No needs to call, only via chat, what I loved! My order was delayed, so they got me a replacement order in the meantime that they are finding the reason why it was delayed. They were friendly, understandable and reasonable.

Got Tony today and he was so helpful. He helped me with my order and to get transition put on them after I already had the order in. This is the sconed time I made a order and need help. Will order from again

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. 1 of the frames was not to my liking. It was my fault. I didn't check initially that the frame comes with the nose bubble thingy which I don't like. Contacted the support team for help and they happily offered to replace the frame with one I wanted at no additional cost and free shipping. Have to hand it to them. Thank You, wonderful people at Kits!

This company is absolutely fantastic and their customer service is bar none! I wish all companies were like this and purchasing items online would be so much better. Keep it up!

Absolutely amazing service delivered quickly as promised fit is great and they appear to be as well made as my previous designer glasses that my dog snacked on. Definitely will order again

This was my first time ordering from Kits. Somehow, I managed to add my frame twice to the order, which was caught by Kits Customer Service. They emailed, asking if that's what I had intended. Phew. I explained my error, following which Customer Service promptly amended the ordered and issued a refund for the second frame. I was greatly impressed by their willingness to reach out when they saw something unusual in an order, and further impressed by their quick response in correcting the order and issuing the refund. My glasses arrived this evening, two days after placing the (incorrect) order. They are amazing. The quality feels remarkably good; certainly as good or better than glasses I have paid literally 10X as much for. I can't believe how perfect the the prescription is and how well the glasses fit given how inexpensive they were! Well done Kits.

I have trusted Kits on my vision care. James, one of their representatives, has always provided great customer service every time I call Kits whether to purchase a new pair of eyeglasses or to inquire about after sales service. 10/10

KITS is awesome! They have great customer experience, and Amanda was able to assist on a replacement for a 30-day guarantee for an order I had originally placed. She provided excellent service and was super helpful on going through the process on getting me new glasses. I had my new pair delivered to me in less than a week!
