Consistently excellent Customer Service & online experience!
The genuine, fast, intelligent and knowledgeable customer service in addition to an excellent online shopping experience have made me love this company! I ordered my first online glasses ever and despite me loving the frames, I sent them back so the lenses could be slightly adjusted. The frame was broken in their repair process but they went above and beyond to assist me in finding new frames. This company does all the right things and I expect will be very successful for it.
