Kits

I love kits, I have bought at least 3 pairs and love them! I bought one with special lenses yellow tint for driving and even blue light protection when looking at any screens like the computer or your phone. Another was a red one just for style which looks great on me, though it's a little big where it doesn't fit my ears, but that's because I didn't check the size. The third time I bought one was because I misplaced my glasses with the tints and left my red ones at a friend's house (I do that a lot) for a few weeks and so I bought the 3rd as a backup which I like to use most often.

Gabby at Kits Gabby at Kits was extremely helpful in providing solutions to a myriad of issues that our family orders have run into. She personally went above and beyond her responsibilities to provide the best service and ensure that we were satisfied and stayed loyal to the brand.

When I put in the Rx for the glasses, I had my daughter read it out to me while I input it into the computer. When the glasses arrived we discovered there was an error (on our side!). When I contacted Kits to find out the process to return them and get a new pair, and what the charge would be they just sent me another pair - gratis! Totally unexpected and completed appreciated! Above and beyond, thank you!!!! OH - and the glasses are fabulous too :)

Hands down best custumer service ever. I ordered glasses, and didn't like the size, and they sent me a free pair free of charge, and let me keep the old pair. Also, the glasses quality is amazing. I don't get headaches and it's crystal clear. Good job kits !

I have not had this good a customer service experience in a long time! The wonderful woman I spoke to was helpful, patient and even helped me pick some styles she thought I would like. I am still awaiting my glasses and I hope they are are as amazing as the customer service.

I contacted Kits today because I need new lenses and their competitor, contactlensking.com, couldn't get them. I'm leaving for Europe in a week and Emma at LensDiscounters has assured me that they will arrive here well before my trip. If they do, they get 5 stars but, if they don't, I'll be revising this review.

First time ordering from Kits and the experience, couldn't have gone better! I was looking for stylish high-prescription frames and got a great deal on 2 new pairs of glasses and sunglasses, all fit perfectly from the first time I put them on! I had a few questions and issues that were quickly and efficiently resolved by their excellent customer service team, specifically Chad and Amanda have been very helpful, patient, and kind over the phone. Will be ordering from Kits again in the future!

Any issue I have ever had with Kits, ie product that was damaged at manufacturer leven, or a package delivered with proof to my apartment door but stolen by someone before I was able to get to it.....they have always fixed and issue no questions asked. Very happy with their service and their ability to solve issues and keep the level of service at the top!

This is the second time I have used Kits. The first time I received my glasses very quickly, at a great price and the glasses and frames were perfect. My second experience was the same but I decided to upgrade the lens quality and I am even more pleased than the first time. The next time I order glasses it will be with Kits.

First time ordering from Kits, and using progressive lenses, so I was unsure about the whole thing. The first order was lost in transit and it was replaced immediately when I contacted them. In a few days the replacement arrived quickly and the prescription was correct, and top quality glasses. One pair had a bad fit: supposed to be for low nose bridge fit but it wasn't. I contacted Kits immediately and the issue was resolved with a new frame style that I also like, no extra cost. I am sharing this positive experience to let others know it can be daunting ordering glasses online but with patience and a bit of research, you'll find what you need.
