To whom it may concern: First of all, I love the KITS brand and the concept. As a former employee of Luxottica corporate and now consumer of KITs products, I can boldly and honestly say Maria is the best CSR you have, and is the most valuable asset on your team. She deserves a raise- period. With that said, I called today and SPECIFICALLY asked for her as she is the ONLY CSR who has been able to get things done RIGHT. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and makes the experience so easy and (actually) enjoyable. I usually hate calling CS, but Maria makes the process painless. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. With that being said, I will continue to purchase from KITS as I like the titanium frames and the quality of the lenses. Glasses are very affordable on their website. I ordered two pairs and both are of very good quality. I contacted customer service and Tony helped me out with my order. He solved my problem and quickly sent me a new set of glasses. I've ordered glasses online before and always had good service but this was the best. Thank you

update I received a call shortly before I was expecting to have the glasses delivered stating that they didn’t meet quality control. And that it would take a few days they were very apologetic, but I was grateful to know that they went through quality control. Ultimately, I was able to see yesterday the glasses on my parent and he said they’re very comfortable and he’s happy with them which is great news. Really good experience ordering glasses over the phone. I was very grateful for the patience and the feedback that Diana the representative for KITS gave. I wasn’t sure which ones to pick and she was giving me options. She made it so easy to order glasses over the phone. I love Kits.ca! Their glasses are stylish and affordable, and their virtual try-on tool is handy when selecting frames. When my lens broke, they replaced it under warranty without any hassle. Highly recommend!
This is my FAVOURITE place to get glasses! The quality of the frames is amazing. The glasses feel sturdy and comfortable. I've used Kits several times now, and one time I wasn't 100% happy with my glasses - they figured out the problem and fixed my prescription to be perfect! Amazing glasses, but the customer services is really spectacular.

The customer service here is fabulous, but most of the glasses I have ordered, the arms are excessively wide and do not fit my head. Pretty disappointing, but they do make up for the fact that they will make it right and send you another pair of glasses to replace for free. In the end, it’s not exactly the perfect situation to have glasses sitting around that you can’t wear because the arms are way too wide. But other than that, I’m happy with their customer service.
