The customer experience I've had is impresive. I was able to change the order a few days after the fact and then my eyeglasses did not fit and they kindly responded via chat and made the necessary changes where I only had to pay a really small difference. Hassle free. I totally recommend them.

Put it this way, I’m a repeat customer and I recommend them to others. Canada post delivered my most recent order to the wrong address where it was stolen. Kits customer service agents took ownership even thought it wasn’t their fault, opened an investigation with CanPost and preemptively shipped a replacement pair with signature on delivery

Bottom line of my experiences with Kits: I've used glasses for 30 years and the chances I buy glasses somewhere else are almost zero. Purchasing process is easy, all range of glasses prices, huge number of options (maybe too many for indecisive people), and customer service is great. I needed to use the warranty for the second pair I bought and the exchange process was SUPER quick and easy. And the CS person was very polite and helpful.

Best customer service! I was excited to receive my glasses and had received a different colour of frames than I had thought I ordered. Diana was amazing with rectifying this. Would highly recommend Kits and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses. Both pair are great quality frames and spot on with the prescription lenses. The price was great as well. When I called about finding one of the frames thicker than I wanted Amanda in customer service immediately set me up with a new pair of thinner frames. Thanks you have a new customer for life.
