Wanted to return a pair of glasses because they didn’t fit right. Was able to get a replacement pair for free, and they asked me to keep the pair that didn’t fit right or donate it to charity. In all, I love this brand and maybe own 20 pairs of Kits glasses. Excellent customer service, high quality glasses, fast delivery. I can’t recommend them enough.

WOW! I am incredibly impressed with the customer service at Kits! I ordered a pair of progressives last week. I received them within a week. I didn’t end up loving the colour of the frames I chose. So I called customer service to see if there was a way to return them and exchange for a different colour. Not only could I get the colour frames that I wanted, but I got to keep the ones I hoped to exchange at no extra cost! Free glasses! Lovely customer service Kits! I’ll be telling everyone about you! ♥️

I am new to prescription eyewear, and live remotely with few options for shopping for frames. I very hesitantly navigated online eyeglass shopping, and quickly settled into kits.ca for a variety of reasons - one of which was how many positive reviews their site has. I’m adding another. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The most stressful part of ordering new eyewear from kits.ca was navigating their many, many frame options. And that was only stressful because I hate shopping; their site even makes navigating their large stock easy. I used the virtual try-on to narrow down my favourites, and eventually picked a pair of progressive eyeglasses and progressive sunglasses. I was very unsure about buying glasses without trying them on in person, and contacted their customer service before ordering to confirm that I can indeed return them without hassle if I was unhappy. They assured me I could. I submitted the order, and my new eyewear arrived ridiculously quickly - easily less than a week. I loved my eyeglasses immediately (Spruce Lif-off in blue) - the prescription was right on, they were comfortable, and they looked good. I was less sure of my sunglasses. I chose the Garibaldi frames, which are awesome. Great shape, so light, and such a nice texture. They felt great on, and again the prescription was perfect, but after wearing them a few times, I felt that they were just too narrow for my big head. I contacted their customer support to initiate what I was sure was going to be a slightly arduous return. Boy was I wrong. Within minutes of being online, a new order popped into my account showing my new order heading for production! (For those who care, for my replacement I chose Spruce Lift-off again because I like them so much, but this time in grey). One of the glasses I ordered came in the wrong color and I sent and email, they returned the next day and stated they are already filling the order with the correct color! All of the glasses I received were beautiful, perfect prescription and very comfortable! I already ordered another pair!!
Great customer service and experience with Kits. Glasses are a good price and was offered a full refund when my glasses weren’t a good fit. Very happy with the service and will certainly be shopping with KITS again.
