I had a complicated order and wanted to change many of the lens, one for transition, one for distance, and Clark helped me find what worked best and also how to maximize my savings. Really glad he was so patient and even gave me a call back to make sure I was happy. What incredible service.
Chad listened my issue and explained why they made my eyeglasses the way it is. I'd suggest for KITS to add a comment box in the order site for us to write like "follow the prescription to the full". He offered to replace my eyeglasses according to the prescription in full. He was very nice about it. After this experience I was doubting ordering eyeglasses again online but Chad said I could always contact customer service to help me with my order. So I will do that next time. I've purchased several pairs of glasses from KITS and have always been satisfied. Recently I had an accident with one of my prescription sunglasses in that the frame was crushed but the lenses survived fine. Gave KITS a call asking how I can arrange to ship the lenses to them and have new frames attached, how much, etc. Mike (my agent) told me to hang on and when he returned he told me they would replace the complete pair, free of charge. I was amazed that KITS would do this for me, they have earned a customer for life. Not many companies go the extra mile, KITS does. Many thanks!

I have 6 pairs of glasses from Kits that are excellent quality.Thier delivery times are super fast. But best of all the price is amazing. I have friends that have sppent up to 1,200.00 for glasses and mine work and fit perfectly fine at 29.00 per pair. Highly recomended.
Customer Service was so quick, easy, and helpful! Alexandra was very kind and helped me issue a return for my glasses that were too big. They offered me a refund right away and even gave me the options to 1) keep my glasses 2) get it exchanged or 3) ship it back. I will be a returning customer :)
Fast shipping, glasses are ok. Noticed the lenses aren’t fully in the frame and stick out the edge on the inside. You get what you pay for I guess!
