I bought a some frames without prescription lenses by accident so I called them to request an exchange/return so that I could buy them again with prescription this time and they reordered my glasses for me with the prescription and everything right away and let me keep the frames I already had with no extra cost. I was super surprised but anyways their products and service are amazing!!

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I ordered my first pair from kits right before the Canada post strike and they are unfortunately stuck and I have not received them. Kits reached out and offered a gift card to use for another pair and have already put the new pair into production. I haven’t seen a pair yet, but my husband ordered a pair and received them in within 5 days and is happy with them! I have high hopes. Thank you kits for going above and beyond!

I have ordered from Kits before, and had a good experience. This time, I ordered my glasses, they arrived, and they did not fit. I expected there would be a hassle to exchange them, and I could not have been more wrong. I emailed the Kits team my concerns, and to my surprise, they emailed back within a couple of hours. Long story short, within a day my new glasses are being made at no additional cost to me. Also, they offered me the option to donate the original pair to charity, which I will happily do.

Wow, my son's first set of glasses were prescribed as progressives and way too overwhelming for him to wear. I requested new lenses and wanted to ship back my frames for new lenses, they are redoing the lenses and sending me a new set free and refunding me the difference in cost!! Amazing company, will be ordering more once we get this lens locked down.

Ordered my first pair of KITS. Process was easy and delivery was right on time. The prescription was perfect and the glasses themselves were beautiful. BUT they did not look great on my face. Called into KITS to talk about next steps. As I'd already selected a replacement frame the whole process took under 5 minutes for the new order to be inputted on their end. And I didn't have to return the other pair. The suggestion to donate them was a great one! I'd highly recommend KITS. I have multiple pairs of high end glasses and in all honesty there is no difference between KITS and my other ones. Kudos.

Best customer service ever!!!!! Kids went above and beyond somehow fix the problem via email with under 24 hours. Not to mention this problem, I had was not there as it was Canada Post shipping. But they emailed me redid my order and sent it to me and now I’m currently waiting for it and I cannot wait! I’ve been looking at their social media for weeks and I am obsessed with the quality and fun glasses for every personality. Yes, your girl got six pairs of glasses🫶🏻 Because they are so affordable, I I had spent over $900 on one pair for my first pair of glasses when I was 18 I thought this was normal. It’s not. Have ordered from Kits for a few years now. Only had one issue out of the many I’ve ordered, with a pair of metal frames where the screw threading was stripped, and I reached out. They very promptly responded and offered to send a new pair for free to replace them. Excellent customer service, and good quality. Thank you!

Best experience and i have to say the first time ordering prescription glasses online. They nailed it i did not need to tweak the strength and it came very quickly i also chose the frame without any sales gimmicks or pressure and although I made a not so great choice I am able to fix it at no cost which alone is worth it's weight in gold. Love a company. Very helpful and understanding. There was a sightly error in my prescription that I unfortunately didn’t catch til it arrived. I received assistance very quickly and they were able to solve my issue. I am so delighted since it was my favorite frame the balsamic oversized. Very happy with the staff and with the overall product.

I bought the wrong type of contact lenses and needed to return them. The return process was easy, quick and efficient. I was helped by James who was professional, courteous and helpful. Kits is easy to deal with, has great deals and nice people who work for them.

KITS is, in my opinion, the eyeglass company of the people. With so many styles, there is a frame for everyone's taste. Unlike the so-called name brands, KITS doesn't charge outrageously inflated prices they charge outrageously low prices. Most importantly KITS doesn't compromise on quality. In addition, Customer Service is second to none(Thanks George). Why everyone doesn't shop here is beyond me.
