Great Customer Service
I've purchased several pairs of glasses from KITS and have always been satisfied. Recently I had an accident with one of my prescription sunglasses in that the frame was crushed but the lenses survived fine. Gave KITS a call asking how I can arrange to ship the lenses to them and have new frames attached, how much, etc. Mike (my agent) told me to hang on and when he returned he told me they would replace the complete pair, free of charge. I was amazed that KITS would do this for me, they have earned a customer for life. Not many companies go the extra mile, KITS does. Many thanks!
