Chad listened my issue and explained why they made my eyeglasses the way it is. I'd suggest for KITS to add a comment box in the order site for us to write like "follow the prescription to the full". He offered to replace my eyeglasses according to the prescription in full. He was very nice about it. After this experience I was doubting ordering eyeglasses again online but Chad said I could always contact customer service to help me with my order. So I will do that next time. Thanks Chad - great job!
