I recently had a foot operation that left me temporarily handicapped. That led me to have a spectacular fall and i badly scratched the right lens of my beautiful glasses. I contacted Kits to purchase a replacement lens. Customer service sent me an email stating that they do not replace parts. They are sending me a complete replacement pair! Wow I am so grateful. Incomparable customer service Kits! Proud to be a return customer for life.

I should have paid attention thePD more closely in ordering - that said I managed to exchange a pair no questions asked with a 5min conversation. Robert assisted me and it was excellent service. Called customer service and spoke with Francis frames were perfect but prescription was wrong my mistake when entering it but Francis replaced my glasses even with it being my mistake. Great company and great customer service. Thank you Francis. Will be a returning customer

I have been ordering glasses from them since 2021 and I keep going back to them. Price are very inexpensive but their in house branded frames are very high quality. Return policy is very easy/quick. Customer service is very helpful aswell. Very short wait times.

I bought my first pair of glasses from KITS earlier. When they arrived, I really loved the frames, but the prescription itself is not sitting in the right spot on the eyeglass itself. I called customer service, and spoke with Justin was extremely helpful. He spent some time on the phone with me how to select an appropriate pair of frames based on my preferences. Dad walked me through the various options available, I received my eyeglasses three days later, at no extra charge! They fit perfectly, and I really love them! will definitely be buying from here again, so worth it!

They are the best, i have had problems with how the glasses I have received do not fit my face and they have been so great and offered to replace them with new ones and it’s completely free of charge.

Ordered 2 pairs of regular prescription glasses and I should have ordered Progressives. Emailed KITS and they offered a solution immediately and without hesitation. Customer Service is top notch. Not to mention the shipping is so fast I couldn't believe it

I have been extremely impressed by the level of customer service I received regarding a recent order for sunglasses. I placed my first order for sunglasses and received them quickly, within a week. I really liked the way they fit but the lens colour was not what I was expecting. I sent an email to customer service asking about the lens colours that were available for my prescription and decided that I would prefer a different frame colour with the lens colour that I had available to me. I requested to exchange them and received an immediate reply that my new sunglasses were already ordered with my requests. Not only that, I could keep or donate the sunglasses from my original order. I was so pleasantly surprised by the swift replies and ease of correcting my order. I was expecting some minor inconveniences in order to correct this but did not experience anything like that. I have been so happy with my experience with Kits. I have and will be recommending them to everyone based on my experience and the quality of products available. I really like the selection of frames, the quality of the frames and lenses as well as the fast production and shipping. I have already placed an order for regular prescription glasses and am so excited to get them too. Thank you so much for your dedication to your customers and your products!

Couldn't tell that top of Reese clear were actually white (since background photo was also white). I was happy to return frames and have them pop in lens into Reese frames with different color. She offered to keep frames as backup and they will send new pair. Awesome.

I broke two pair of glasses when I did a face plant. Ordered 2 pair on Monday received on Friday. I've only had couple days, but impressed with fit and quality. I'll order again.

Their forget password is f**king useless. I am now locked out of my account and now will not buy glasses from them being a first time customer I will not waste my time anymore trying to reset my password. You left a very bad taste in my mouth Will never buy from here delete my account
