I had the pleasure to get help from Clark today. My dealings with KITS has always been first class on how they have taken care of me. Not only that, the quality of the glasses and frames are top notch quality. Not like another site I tried which the frames and lenses were like from DollarStore. I purchased 11-12 pairs from Kits which about 8 is for myself. That is a telling tale of what I think of their products.

Wonderful customer service experience with Diana and I have found all cs agents at Kits to be exceptional. I ordered two pairs of glasses - prescription distance and sunglasses and I found the standard lenses on my sunglasses to be a bit thick and I was wishing I had upgraded. Diana arranged for a free return label and to have my lenses upgraded for free. I recommend calling customer service before you order to make sure you’re getting the best available promotion. I’m very happy with the prices at Kits and the designer frames I got at a great discount.

Kits website is filled with cool classic glasses! I assumed that the process would take a while (return label, processing, applying the credit to my account, reordering, etc).
