Ordering glasses online isn't always easy if you don't know what you're looking for, so sometimes, you have to make returns or exchanges. I've had to do this multiple times, but each time I speak with them they were all kind and very professional. They addressed any questions I may have, and worked with me to find the most fitting pair (if I wanted to). Thank you Tony (online), Clark, JAMES, and the others. Even though I'm still waiting again for another pair, I will not forget their patience and great customer service. I hope to order more from them in the future.

I received my glasses from kits.ca two days ago and lost it on a trip the next day. Fortunately I spoke to Francis on a call and let him know of my situation and they sent me a new pair absolutely FREE! Can not ask for better service!

incredible customer service! the glasses came after i used the measuring feature and the online try-on tool, they were falling off my face and i let them know and i got a full refund without even having to go back and forth like other customer service interactions i've had!

Top notch Customer care I was unhappy with the last two frames I ordered, and when I called to exchange them, it was easy, simple and the customer care agent James was incredibly friendly.

I have a very large head. I find it difficult to find frames that actually look good and fit good. I ordered 2 pairs of the Phoenix Comfort Fit glasses and I was incredibly impressed. They fit PERFECTLY. Keep up the innovation for us big headed folk. Thanks KITS!

The kits glasses order was unbelievable. I have never needed glasses but knew how much they could cost- so I was terrified when I was told my child needed glasses and it was affecting her learning at school. I did not have the money that the optometrist charges for basic glasses in my area and couldn't find anything for less than 250$. I was also told that as my child is young there would be a high likelihood she would have prescription changes as she grows. I do my best to keep up with how much costs are rising but with Christmas coming I was devastated to have a new and unexpected bill. I found kits online and although my province has issues with shipping this place shipped to me for a better cost than most and I found a random discount code online. I have never ordered glasses so I really didn't know how to enter the prescription but the site allows an upload of your prescription which was a huge relief. My kid found two pairs for a reasonable price one blackcomb for 28$ and one Levi one for 50ish$.... the Levi ones looked identical to a different brand she fell in love with at the optometrists that cost 400$. I bought both and hoped I didn't screw up and just waste money. When they arrived they had cleaning cloths and cases. They also came with a unexpected bonus sunglasses. That was a week ago and my child has been reading non stop now and truly is so excited about her new glasses and the fact that she has TWO for over half the cost of one is insane. She came home today like she was walking on sunshine saying how people complimented her new glasses and how someone asked if she was rich for having more than one pair. I cannot tell you how much I cried for her to be proud of her glasses and not ashamed or how relieved I was to be able to afford this plus as it's medical I can add it to my taxes end of this year. I've recommended kits to anyone whose professed struggles with getting glasses for a good price. I don't know how they do it but I'm so so grateful that this is available in canada.

Glasses are a necessary accessory for me, so I always have a few pairs on hand to choose from. I've purchased glasses online from other companies (*cough EBD *cough*) and have been disappointed with their quality, price point, and customer service. Enter KITS. Ordering online can be stressful because you don’t know how it’s going to go or what you’re going to get. I got my glasses, loved the frames but prescription wasn’t quite right. Robert helped me get my new pupillary distance right, and was very patient with me throughout the whole customer care phone call. Great quality glasses and very prompt deliver. Very impressed and will be recommending to friends and family!

James was very helpful in resolving an issue with my recent order for progressive lenses. He was clear in his instructions for me to take measurements. He is expediting replacement glasses for me as I am traveling soon. Great service.

I inputed the wrong prescription numbers and as a result, the glasses were not wearable. The person I dealt with was excellent and issued new glasses at no cost which I wasn't expecting. I think I was most impressed with this person's knowledge of prescription details, and asked a number of questions to ensure that the glasses would be correct the second time around. Customer service skills and knowledge about how things work is a real rarity. I'm wondering from a back end process whether there should be a stronger recommendation to provide the prescription via upload, which would negate input error from dummy customers like myself.

Ordering online can be stressful. Kits makes it very stress free. Tryon tools helpful. Customer service if the glasses are not quite right they are so helpful and the process is incredibly fast and efficient. Great experience.

Ordering was easier than ever The software that scanned my face and gave me measurements helped me pick frames that were perfect! The 1.50 lenses are far more transparent that I expected. Economical and no longer where my eye focuses (1.67 lenses had me focusing on the lens and also blurring my vision).
