Customer service like no other
I've been using Kits for a couple of years now. Yesterday was my first time calling customer service. James was kind, patient and extremely helpful. He quickly and easily fixed my problem. I was already impressed by this company, but my experience with customer service made me a life long customer. They make glasses easy!
