I had the pleasure of speaking to Francis to return a pair of sunglasses. He was kind and professional and seamlessly helped me with my order.

The design was very good, but to big for my son. He choose medium size and they were very big.

I love this company. I have bought so many pairs of glasses from them because the price is hard to beat but best of all their customer service rocks. They are pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I received a call from customer service and talked to George. He was very patient and wanted to ensure my replacement glasses were what I needed. I had ordered a pair but it had the nose pads which were giving me red marks and not very comfortable to wear. He ordered me a new pair and advised me I can donate the pair I received. Which every person should do when you replace your glasses as there are so many people who cannot afford a new pair. I love the fact that Kits let me pay it forward. Thanks to the whole team. The service is impeccable.

Had a nice experience talking with Nick today. My glasses were delivered on time but I need it to replace with prescription readers. Nick made sure he had all the information needed. A replacement is on its way and at no cost. Exceptional service. Definitely will order new pairs next year.

Less than 2 years in and my glasses are shit. Lens are Less than 2 years after purchasing my glasses, the frame is peeling and breaking into several pieces. The lenses are also peeling, as if a film attached to the lens is falling apart, making it impossible to continue using them. The glasses have always been washed with mild/neutral soap, avoiding any impacts or objects that could scratch the lenses. They were always cleaned with microfiber cloths and water only. No product, not even the anti-fog provided by the store, was used on the lenses.

I heard about KITS from seeing someone on tv talking about the company so decided to try them. Their prices are unbeatable, with a huge selection to choose from. I have a few pairs now, but the last pair I got just didn’t work. So I contacted them about returning them and they quickly said they would put through a refund and there was no need to return the glasses. What kind of company does that? The refund has gone through and I will donate the glasses to a local optometrist. They are the only company I will use now. Customer service is wonderful, efficient and quick. You can’t go wrong using this company.

Customer service reps are phenomenal. Emma is an outstanding representative for the company and she helped me out with professional demeanor and answered all of my questions. She proceeded to get my order changed and get the correct lenses placed. I’m so lucky to have found Kits. Thanks Emma.

Excellent customer service. After I got my order, I found out that the frame is too big for me. I requested an exchange for a smaller size. They order a replacement for me and I didn't have to return the big ones. Basically 2x1!

This is my second kits purchase and I'm impressed. The quality of the frames and lenses did not disappoint. The value is unbelievable for multifocal lenses. I accidently ordered the wrong colour outside of business hours and my message to customer service was promptly returned when they opened. They even caught an error I had made in entering my prescription and reached out to me. Stellar customer service. Glasses arrived 2 days after ordering my first pair and on my second order there was a notification from Fedex of a delay- so the second order came on the third day after ordering. I live in Ontario.

James provided excellent service. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me resolve my issue quickly and efficiently over the phone. Kits exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them. I have ordered many eye glasses and I am so happy with them.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I Made a mistake on my order and with 2 emails and just 30 minutes my order was corrected, the rice adjustment, small refund due to product change, and invoice were all complete. The order also shipped the same evening. WOW! this was a level of customer service that way exceeded my expectations.

I bought progressive prescription glasses at the beginning of the month. I was packing to move and left them on a low table and my 10 month old puppy totally destroyed them. I contacted KITS asking if it was possible to buy new frames. They sent a full replacment pair at no cost…. WOW I thought customer service like this was gone… GREAT CLIENT SERVICES.
