I love the fact that my rate will be the lowest possible without me having to jump through a hundred hoops!

Everything went great from signing up and discussing how the supplier and what details on my electric bill would change. I reached out a couple of times for some clarifying information and they were always prompt to reply.

Very helpful and quick with helping me with my issues. He was extremely helpful. Will recommend to others.

Arbor saved me money from day one, but then kept working on my behalf to save me even more on my next billing cycle.

I would give 0 stars if I could! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They make you think you're getting a deal but will change your rate without any documentation or your knowledge and your bill will DOUBLE!!! When you reach out to them, they give you the run around and blame CMP. They are CROOKS!!!!

Jess from there customer service team finally responded to me and explained that they are a young company and apologized for the inconvenience I experienced from not getting a timely answer to my important ?s when I found out I only had 3days to cancel my contract with the supplier they referred I appreciate that she explained to me there side and she understood my concern of having a live customer service agent that could answer new clients questions quickly that was my reason for canceling so quickly also the fact that the kwh quote that I got was different from the one that was on the new contract I wish the best for this company and I hope they invest in having a live customer service agent to help out there clients I truly was hoping I found a company that could help me save on my energy cost if they made the necessary changes I would probly consider checking them out again who knows only time will tell how serious this new company is about growing and helping out there clients

Easy and super fast to do! Less than 5 min to just get cheaper prices

Signup was not exactly easy. Website is VERY difficult to navigate, no feedback during the signup process, and the FAQs page doesn't even work. It didn't like my MetEd account number (the online form states 20 characters but MetEd numbers are only 12 which is even what Arbor shows on their own MetEd screenshots). Finally got my account to link and they found me a better rate, but Arbor did NOT find the best rate. Autopilot signed me up for 12 months fixed at .08, but PAPowerSwitch (the official website for PA energy choice customers) found 2 offers at .06 fixed for 3 months. Still going to give Arbor a try for a few months to see how it goes. 1/23/2024 - Response to Arbor Reply: Thanks for your reply about the signup process. Hopefully you can make it a little easier. I will not be posting my account info here. I received your email and will send a copy of my bill via private email. I understand that you found me a lower rate, and like I said that helps, it just surprised me that you didn't find the LOWEST fixed rate, especially when it was on the official Pennsylvania energy site. Seems like your search algorithm still needs some refining.

It went smoothly for two months then they claimed they didn’t get any bill from Peco. I confirmed all my info and no reply. They also never honored their initial sign up and get a free pizza promo. Just a scam all around.

I did not trust it. Thought after a month or two you see a spike. Nope, just savings. I am on track to save per year exactly what he estimated savings was. If anyone don't want to save money by doing nothing then you do what you do . 3 months . 60 bucks savings. Not sure about anyone else , but I am not tossing a cent out the window . Thanks Arbor .

Careful your rate might be lower but your delivery fee will triple. There is no way to delete your account with them only via email suspicious as well.

Maybe a warning like "These results are not typical" should be on the web page. It was easy enough to enter all my info and link accounts only to find out "No suppliers available We don't currently have any rates that match your preferences, please check back in a few days." So, if I remember I'll try again. Also some pages show my account linked and others don't. Its asking me to enter my Customer ID which I can't seem to find.

Best place to work for, great staff makes you feel like family and great pay. Fits anyone’s schedule. Been working for arbor for almost 2 years and I love working for them.

It was easy and I will save money.

This was the first time that I heard of this site for finding the cheapest electric rate for my home in South Western PA. Arbor had me fill out of the pertinent information needed to search for the best electric rate in my area. It didn't take long at all to enter all of the information needed to start the search for the best electric rate. Within about an hour I received a message that Arbor had searched, found and confirmed that I had the lowest electric rate available in my area at this time. What's cool about this service from Arbor is that since I now have an account with Arbor they will be able to monitor electric rates in my area and if there are any lower electric rates available they will email/message me that they have found a lower electric rate price for me to review with no obligation to sign-up for the new electric rate found and offered for my consideration. A very nice and easy way to find out what the best and lowest electric rates that are now available. Highly recommend Arbor!
