Beware fake Renewable Energy claims!

I signed up for Arbor because they claimed to bring renewable energy providers to you, competing with the best rates. I chose a supplier Arbor said is 100% renewable. The company mailed me their state mandated fuel source and emissions report and they are using 51% natural gas and 3% coal and only 3-4% wind and solar! I'm paying more for way less sustainable energy than I had before Arbor!

Easy process

Very easy to sign up and no worries to research rates, as Arbor does this for you. This service provided end/start service automatically. It’s great! And to top it off, it’s continuous— thanks Arbor for making my life easier 😊

The process was simple

The process was simple. I had troubles uploading a bill and the team jumped on my request quickly and got me an unbelievable rate. I already thought I had a low rate, but they quickly were able to save me 42% off for thr next year! Wow! Great job!

SCAM company

Your website will not send me a code to login and I never agreed to this! I WANT THIS CANCELED AND there is no way to get anyone to cancel it! This is a scam! I will be calling my Governors office to report this business!

Awesome service

Awesome service. Saved me a lot of money on my electric bill. They even continue to monitor the market for lower rates and if they find one, they automatically switch it for you.

I thought I had made a mistake and…

I thought I had made a mistake and needed them to stop the change that they had proposed. The agent calmed me down and I looked at my current bill and he verified that what I saw as the current cost was the current cost. Thus showing how I did want to switch.

Quick and easy

Quick and easy, went from .0159 kWh to .096 kWh for 3 years. No phone calls, except from my old supplier that could not give me a better rate than .1065 kWh. Very pleased with the service and how easy it was.

So far I have had a great experience…

So far I have had a great experience with this company. It's been exactly as described and no surprises. And our bill has went down since switching to Energy Harbor from AEP. Great customer service as well when I called with questions. Very knowledgeable. I recommend them to my friends and family.

Couldn't be happier!

Wish there was a little more communication leading up to switching from one provider to the next just for peace of mind. Over all the savings have been great, this has been a life saver and cut my bills in half. Customer Service has been responsive and very friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone.

Everything made it seem very convenient…

Everything made it seem very convenient and easy. I felt pampered with the care in detail. The recent mishap with with the current power company was the only problem I had for some reason I couldn't change or get a cheaper price plan. Don't think that was your fault, but still waiting for resolve.
