It is great so far, saving me so much on my electric bill every month! Thank you Arbor!

I received an email addressed to my name saying Join Arbor. It claimed Arbor searches all utility offerings available in my area and will always show the lowest rate available ... and will save me the time to personally search for the best rates each year. So I decided to try it. I opened an account. To open an acct you must first LINK your utility but on the website I made sure to turn off their autopilot feature ... which they push to keep active. Autopilot allows Arbor to auto-switch your generator when they want, without required approval first. So I set up manual switching with advance notice required. Once I signed up and LINKED my main utility PECO, they immediately sent me a rate that was cheaper than PECO but higher than the rate I was paying. Since my acct was linked, they knew my cheaper rate by another generation company, but hoped I would be fooled. Arbor compares to the PECO rate but not the lowest rate ... as they claim. There were 20 companies offering cheaper rates than PECO and I was already getting a cheaper rate. Another RED FLAG, when you sign into your Arbor account, there is no address or cust service number listed and there is no option to close your account. Everything must be done by email. This may not be a total scam. But it is close to it.

I joined Arbor and they’ve been really helpful in finding me a provider that offers a lower rate than I currently do. The first try didn’t work but they assure me they’re working on getting it done.

Made the switch to try Arbor. Was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try. They immediately found a new electric supplier and lowered my electric rate. My old supplier charged me an Early Termination Fee of $199 and all I had to do was send Arbor my bill and they reimbursed me, no questions asked.

Have yet to fully explore but Arbor has already saved me money 🙂

In close to a year with Arbor I have found them to be an organization that stands by their customer pledges, an all-too-rare phenomenon in today’s marketplace. They strive assiduously to guarantee their customers the lowest energy prices available and, once they have provided that, they go even further. Given the uncertainties in the economy they provide further protection for their customers by promising to reimburse them for any penalties that they might confront if they have to break a prior arrangement to take advantage of a new low-price opportunity. I can only say that I wish that all companies I dealt with comported themselves with such devotion to the well-being of their customers.

I really enjoyed how simple Arbor made it to find and secure lower rates for my electric bill, the fact that while there is an 11-month contract we can choose to withdraw at any time, and how promptly we were able to see the changes to the cost.

I saved on my power supply and had to do next to nothing for it. Every bit counts, especially during these colder months. Awesome service that saves time and money!

The success of Colony East is because of Ed Conn’s expertise and knowledge and his ability to deal with residents . It was very easy to use them. The services was free. Very convenient. I didn't have to do any work to switch to a cheaper provider. They did all the work for me. I would definitely use them and refer my friends and family to them.
