The experience was great!! Not only did Abor get me the lowest electricity supplies rate, but they took the time to update me throughout with emails. No calls but prompt useful info...best of all they keep checking on their own to find lower rates even while you are with the lowest, they don't stop. Unbelievable. Too bad AEP won't adjust their rates to match the savings. Even tho AEP still extorts money from you by charging all sorts of OTHER fees, Arbor does reduce your bill significantly. Every dollar saved is another dollar that I can use to feed my family.
I know there is more competition for my business than ever but I have never been treated with this amount of respect by any other company. What am I talking about? I got an email from Arbor showing me how much money I had already saved by switching to them! And that's what this is all about right?

I thought that this was some sort of scam...too good to be true. But I looked into it and it is legit. And when I reached out with a question, I got a reply fairly quickly. Looking forward to savings. I was paying way too much with the previous provider.
Contacting Arbor was a great decision. They were able to find me a rate nearly 6 cents/kwh less than I have been paying. With my home using an average of 1,000 kWh/ month… my savings will be about $700/year! Not only that; my old electric supplier hit me with an ETF; (early termination fee). I sent a copy of this to Arbor and in under 24 hours they reimbursed me. I am 100% pleased.

right now it's 3 which to me is neutral, I don't think it's fair to give a review after just signing up 3 days ago so after I've used it for a while I'll come back and leave a more accurate and inclusive review but if everything is as advertised it should be five stars
I saw an ad on Instagram about Arbor and decided to do a bit of research and decided to proceed. I currently have PECO and the price always seemed a bit high to me! Arbor was able to find me a lower energy rate and am hoping for my first full month, I see a lower electric bill!

Arbor claimed they could save me money on my electric bill, and they did. Their site is easy to use and they made switching suppliers effortless. I'm happy with my decision!
Arbor got me a new rate and signed me up without me doing anything. However, the new rate came with a base fee that made my unit price higher. I contacted the support team regarding this situation. They helped to clarify where this base fee came from and realized that the new fee was actually not a better one for me. They gave me a reimbursement right away and promised to get me back to my old rate until they find a better rate. Good problem-solving and no-nonsense customer support!
Thou I haven't got the decreased rate yet, i can say that I got all the docs from their partner company and expect the tariff decreasing soon. Was a bit sceptical about it, but will enjoy almost 30% off my current bill.
