Arbor is a great website to help you save money on your utility bills. It is very quick and easy to use. I was surprised at how simple it was.

Very smooth straightforward experience

The discounted rate that I got was indeed the lowest when compared to other providers. The extra time gained as a result of my not having scour the internet to was a plus. Registration was very easy and the Arbor website is userfriendly.

The Arbor interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Sign up was a breeze. Within a few days they automatically found and signed us up for a better rate.

Talk about a no brainer. I signed up, they matched me with a lower price power provider, and they did the rest. AUTOPILOT ACTIVATED!

I joined Arbor today but then found a lower rate on my own and tried to cancel my enrollment. **There is no live person to speak with and everything is done by email. The chat support is only a bot.** They “aim” to reply to email requests within 24 hours. I turned off the autopilot, so they can’t automatically enroll me. My advice to new or perspective customers is not to enable this option and give them automatic access to your electricity account. My advice to Arbor is to put an option on the dashboard to cancel the service so customers can unenroll on their own. Have an email cancellation confirmation set up after the request has been received and/or processed. Please remind customers that they can turn the autopilot enrollment off on their account dashboards in the automated emails that you keep sending. That was not clearly mentioned. Not being able to talk to a live person is extremely frustrating and makes the company feel less legitimate. I just got an email that submitting multiple requests will delay a response, so don’t do that. Arbor, when you don’t have a customer representative to speak with, people will keep sending you messages out of frustration and concern about being ignored.

I signed up for Arbor, Im in Massachusetts and our town just ended a term deal with National Grid resulting in a three fold increase in our electric bill. They have 'reserved" me a price of .11/kw from my .16/kw....will see how long it takes to be in effect. I will update my review as necessary. Just wish you could "verify" your review online and not just through a cellphone. Make life easier for those of us not glued to our phones. *********************UPDATE 4/29/2024********************* My rate of .11/ kw was confirmed, and will commence with the coming months billing cycle. Very pleased, Arbor lowered my rate from .17. That is a 35% immediate savings per kw. In times like these where Massachusetts electric bills are unprecendently high, its a welcome reduction. From NEVER SOLAR NATION! KEEP THE ELECTRIC FOR NEEDS, GAS FOR TRANSPORTATION AND BATHROOMS ONE PER NATURAL GENDER.

Arbor so far has been great dealing with Eversource and third party electric companies looking for better rates, especially in today’s economy!!
