I was excited about a lower rate until I discovered my other company would charge extra for generating Nie I’m very upset I changed & I’m sure I’ll be penalized by new company I’m 77 yrs old & feel I’ve been taken advantage of.
Arbor is one of the best choices I've ever taken, period. They sincerely care about the people and go out of their way to prove that.

I suppose this could be a good service, however, I didn't find that they got me the "best" rate. They did lower my rate but it wasn't the lowest that I could have gotten on my own and the term was similar to what I could have done myself with the lower rate. They probably don't get paid by all the companies so the choices have to be within the selection that offer them a fee, and not necessarily the best rate for the consumer. The other issue was that they changed one of the addresses on my account, but not the account number and address I signed up for the service. Instead they changed a company on one of my landlord accounts, I wanted the plan changed on my home account and provided that account number and address. I don't know if this is just an automatic service or if someone physically looks at the account information, but either way, not only did I get a better rate picking a company myself, but I also changed the property I wanted changed instead of the one I didn't want sign up for. I gave it a 2 because like I said it could be a good service, but I think they need to contract for commission with more suppliers so that they have more choices for the consumer. They did respond to my question quickly, though they ignored my 2nd email about changing the incorrect address.
I saw an ad for Arbor after receiving my high March bill and thought I’d try them out. They dropped my rate by a third within a day and took me just a couple minutes to sign up. Pretty great!
Hopefully, I'll stop someone from using this service and going through what I just experienced. #1 - they got the service address wrong, #2 - they didn't tell me about the $100 termination fee. I will never go with a Company that requires a term. fee., #3 - they don't publish a phone # (big, big red flag), #4 - they don't return email addresses. #5 - they pulled information (along with old rates) from a long time ago. I'll stop there. How come you have people saying that they received a prompt response. I didn't, even after repeated requests during the day. Not once did you try to solve my problem, not once. In fact, the Electric Company that you placed me with. ENH Electric, didn't even know who you were. They said someone filled out an on-line app. Even your reviews are false. I don't believe any of them.
The customer service is amazing! I am thrilled because they found me a rate that literally cut my Electric bill more than half! I was so relieved. Thank you! I will definitely be continuing to do business with this company!
Efficient and friendly
I made a mistake and assumed I was on the standard eversource rate that prepopulated when I sent them my info. I was wrong for not checking my actual bill. I checked my recent bill and realized my current rate was less expensive than what I gave them. They were so helpful getting me back on my old plan. They were very transparent and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. There were no hidden fees, no locked rates, etc...my experience was positive.
The process was very easy and they accomplished what they promised.
Extremely easy to navigate and the FAQ section is very transparent, they found me a new rate right away and did the work!
I had never heard of this company before today. Got a spam text from Melissa 224-204-0726 saying she found me a better rate for my electric service and that she was REQUESTING THIS NEW SUPPLIER ON MY BEHALF! I thought it was just another scam and ignored it until I got a contract from the supplier, welcoming me! This is a violation of my privacy and I have notified both Arbor and the supplier of this. I would NEVER use a company that uses these tactics.
