Didn't find the Best Rate, but still helpful
Signup was not exactly easy. Website is VERY difficult to navigate, no feedback during the signup process, and the FAQs page doesn't even work. It didn't like my MetEd account number (the online form states 20 characters but MetEd numbers are only 12 which is even what Arbor shows on their own MetEd screenshots). Finally got my account to link and they found me a better rate, but Arbor did NOT find the best rate. Autopilot signed me up for 12 months fixed at .08, but PAPowerSwitch (the official website for PA energy choice customers) found 2 offers at .06 fixed for 3 months. Still going to give Arbor a try for a few months to see how it goes. 1/23/2024 - Response to Arbor Reply: Thanks for your reply about the signup process. Hopefully you can make it a little easier. I will not be posting my account info here. I received your email and will send a copy of my bill via private email. I understand that you found me a lower rate, and like I said that helps, it just surprised me that you didn't find the LOWEST fixed rate, especially when it was on the official Pennsylvania energy site. Seems like your search algorithm still needs some refining.
