Arbor finally answered my questions
Jess from there customer service team finally responded to me and explained that they are a young company and apologized for the inconvenience I experienced from not getting a timely answer to my important ?s when I found out I only had 3days to cancel my contract with the supplier they referred I appreciate that she explained to me there side and she understood my concern of having a live customer service agent that could answer new clients questions quickly that was my reason for canceling so quickly also the fact that the kwh quote that I got was different from the one that was on the new contract I wish the best for this company and I hope they invest in having a live customer service agent to help out there clients I truly was hoping I found a company that could help me save on my energy cost if they made the necessary changes I would probly consider checking them out again who knows only time will tell how serious this new company is about growing and helping out there clients
