Arbor makes things right!

Long story short, Arbor ended my term with my electric supplier and placed me back with my electric company (my default ), because my contract ended and the new rate was very high. My supplier never ended my contract when they were supposed to. The new rate was nearly double! Arbor made things right and refunded the difference to me! They did this within a day of receiving my email showing copies of my electric bill. They cheerfully made me whole. Customer service is not 'dead' at Arbor and I'm really grateful. I plan to continue using Arbor, to find me better rates. Special thanks to Emma, Arbor Rep!

They save me money!

Excellent service from start to finish! They found me a cheaper electric supply rate with zero cost to me, and the entire process was seamless. Their customer service and communication were top-notch—friendly, responsive, and always clear. Highly recommend!

I was going to cancel Arbor and go back…

I was going to cancel Arbor and go back to AEP's rate because I thought that the rate in price to compare was going to stay the same, well, Arbor showed me that AEP's rate was going to increase next month. So I decided to stay with Arbor to keep me below the "Price to compare"

Low Rates - Not great communications.

I found it a little robotic in signing up and at the years end. - It did lower my Electric Bill considerably - which was great. - At the end I got letters from the main electric company telling me it was over - but no reassurance that I would not be disconnected or anything. After several online interactions it turns out that no lower rate was available, and they released me from the contract to stop the elec company from locking me into a higher rate. That could have been better communicated

Reliable

I appreciate someone monitoring electric rates to make sure I'm getting the lowest possible rate. Whenever I have a question, some always gets back to me within 24 hours. It's one less thing on my plate. I am grateful for Arbor's help!
