Arbor

I wasn't sure about Arbor at first but decided to give it a try. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I save money every month on my electric bill. Easy to use and keeps me informed.

We absolutely love Arbor, have now been a customer for close to a year and just want to scream from the rooftops with how amazing the team is, the customer service, the communication (they quite literally send emails to tell you you’re on the best rate), they truly work for you!

Good experience. Just wish the change would not take 1-2 months before starting.

I signed up with Arbor and enabled auto pilot. At the end of my previously self selected contract with a 3rd party supplier my rate went to default even though cheaper rates were available. When contacted they said they couldn't even change me to my local supplier which was still cheaper because they didn't sign with the previous supplier. So I guess you need to be a caveman without electricity first to take full advantage of the service. They have contacted me and I also checked rates. A quick look on Powersetter shows 20 cheaper rates in my load zone. I stand by my review.

Was great using a site that was easy and gave me info that I needed easily

It's fine, but they haven't changed me to anything better in a long time, yet keep sending me emails about how excited and proud they are that I saved $3 on my bill. They aren't actively looking from what I can tell. I think they only look when your term is expiring.

Finding a new way to save time & money is terrific!

They switched me to an electric supplier that charges more.Than my regular distributor/supplier. They promised to pay me the difference between what I should have paid and what I was charged. I sent them my bill and they refused to respond. They are a rip off and try to make nice and then ignore you. I am not able to even cancel my service with them. They are terrible to deal with. I have contacted them by email and through their chat system, and they fail to respond. At this point, I just want them to go away. They’ve cost me money. A terrible experience.

Simple sign up process, and found me a better rate within 2 months. Money saved!

Arbor is a great service finding lower cost utility providers for me. It is very easy to sign up and they do all of the searching and comparing prices for you - all at no cost to you - a major win-win.

I found it easy to sign up for Arbor, and I was amazed that this service is free to the consumer. Arbor greatly simplified the process of finding the best energy rate after my former energy generation service decided that it would no longer be a supplier for my area.

With prices constantly rising, it's nice to have a service that monitors and notifies you when best prices are available.

Arbor automated something I’ve been doing for a few years - switching my electricity provider to save money on my monthly bills. The service is super simple to use and is already working to give me pretty significant savings. Communication has been excellent. From intake, to suggesting my plan, to switching providers - everything was completely transparent. This is truly a set it and forget it situation, and that’s perfect for how busy our world has become.

I love having my account on autopilot and not having to shop for lower electric prices!

Arbor is a phenomenal company! Many people don't realize, but you can actually choose for free who you want to supply your energy on your electric bill and with arbor they can easily find the cheapest energy rate for you for absolutely free and save you money each month on your electric bill. Arbor not only has helped me but tons of people save money on their electric bill and I'm forever thankful. Thanks arbor!

Saving me money.

Arbor was a targeted ad that showed up on my social feed, it claimed to be free and easy to use so I took a chance. Within minutes Arbor’s overall user experience proved to be uncomplicated and easy to understand. I don’t expect the platform to bring any significant change to my life, but within weeks Arbor’s service found a cost savings for me and took control of switching my supplier behind the scenes. When I received a ETF letter from my current supplier I quickly was able to chat with an Arbor representative and their promise to cover any cost for termination fees rang true. When my next bill came through, a quick email to Arbor was met with a reimbursement. Sometimes things aren’t too good to be true!
