Going on my second year with their service and all improvements to my electric rates have been seamless. Some fixed rates have been 12 months, others 6 months. Once the contract rate term nears it's expiration, Arbor begins checking for another competitive rate. I have always received emails updating the supplier name and new rate. This is really simple and saves consumers time searching on their own and signing up with different suppliers. Arbor does it for me.

Very quick in finding a program in my area

Spent time with input on the ChatBot yet received no offers or phone calls although 5 spam messages in 24 hours. Meh. Electric company set me up with a plan and offers the same service. Blocked the emails. Edited my review to 2 stars as No One reached out until 9 am est today which is Thursday. Got an early morning phone call where the rep started explaining Arbor to me and I had to stop.them from speaking as I chose a provider thru my electric company. Arguing here even by the response and I gave them 3 stars initially so.what is the purpose now? Baffling company and process.
