When I first stumbled upon Arbor, I thought it was too good to be true. A company that does all the work of finding an electric supplier to lower rates without charging you a dime? I thought no way. Well, yes way. Their suppliers pay them and everything they say about finding the best rates is true. Their customer service is also top notch if there is ever any discrepancy on your bills. I highly recommend them to save money you’re already paying with next to no effort on your part.

Easy to set up, they do everything for you after that. It saves you money and costs nothing. No-brainer, who doesn’t like saving money?

Arbor does a great job at finding better supply rates for you, and handles everything automatically. But if things go wrong, their customer service is the best (even better than amazon to be honest). Recently i started getting charged doubled for my supply. I sent an email to arbor. They responded promptly saying that the supply company automatically renewed me at a higher rate, even though they sent them a notice to not renew. They reimbursed me right away even though it was the supply company's mistake.

I had several questions on how the program would be initiated. I asked them in the email and I’ve got quick responses to all my questions which made me feel comfortable about the process and even more comfortable about the company. I’m anxious to begin seeing the savings.

Usually if you ask questions through a text you will not get a response or it will be a week before you get anything back. The response took a few hours! The AutoPilot feature on their website will chose the best rate and automatically sign you up when your previous offer is expiring. So seamless!

I always find the Arbor Team to be helpful, very timely in response to any questions I have; their responses are always very specific and personal to questions I ask. I always feel like they are looking after my best interests.
