I was unable to transfer my energy supplier's information to Arbor's system due to a snag, Meaghan, the customer service rep, was gracious and apologetic. She offered me a gift car for the inconvenience.

I got an email about not receiving my electric bill info. This allowed me to find out that I had to relink my account so they could continue to monitor my electric costs to help me find savings. They were then able to confirm i was getting the best savings so far and told me they will continue to monitor.

Quick response and resolution to my issue

They switched me without my knowledge. Somehow, they got my name, address, phone number, and email. The utility company they switched me to says they have this problem regularly and advised me to cancel the registration with Arbor so they don't switch me to a different provider.
