We've been very pleased with Arbor constantly reviewing the lowest cost electricity supplier available and making the switch automatically for us without encountering any hiccups/issues.

Very very easy way to save money on your electric bill. You need not do anything except accept or decline the new lower rate. Who doesn't like to save money

Utility bills are hard, but they don't have to be. I can't believe how easy it was to sign up with Arbor (for free) and let them do the work. They found a better rate within moments and locked it in for me. I had to do NOTHING, and I have a much better rate that is confirmed for the next six months. Voila! They also keep watch to see if new rates are available in my area that are better. Nothing could be easier, what are you waiting for?

I’m not one to hop around a lot for suppliers. When I got referred to Arbor I stuck with them and got the best rates. I hope they are able to help me out in my next home as well.

I had better rate for a while but the company Arbor hired now charges me 0.16, which is more than 50% the cost my supplier, PPL, would have charged me. Fortunately, Arbor contacted me and refunded me. The rates still didn’t change, but Arbor is working on fixing it.

Two years in a row, they have worked hard at getting us the best price. Again, great communication. Trust them

Arbor is fantastic! They do all the leg work, find you a better rate if one exists and sign you up if you want! You could not ask for more. They are super easy to work with and very helpful!
