So far, it’s been super easy to work with. I started to receive communication on lower payment options immediately after providing access to my accounts and pertinent financial information. I haven’t acquired any new knowledge or forgotten subscriptions, yet; However, it’s nice to have a trusted company check behind me for reassurance.
Arbor has been great. I don't have to shop all the electric suppliers for the best price. They do and steer you in the correct path.
Truly zero regrets signing up for arbor. The process was easy and, here I am a year later, and I’ve saved $180. No reason not to do this one, folks.

I had forgotteen that I signed up with Arbor. Then the other day I got an email stating that they found a lower Electric supplier rate and automatically switch me. It was also stated that they would take care of any early switch fees. Well that was good if they really did. Then I received an early switch billl and promptly sent Arbor the bill. Within a couple of days they said they will send me a card of my choice covering the fees. the card is on the way! If you want a hassle free automatic switching to lower rates and reminbursement of early switch fees, you have to sign up with Arbor. They were actually recommended by my electric company so that is why i signed on in the first place. Finally a company that does what it says!! Thank you Arbor for looking out for me.
My power bill is the most it's ever been, for a 1br apt. No savings here. As if I didn't have enough to think about when things are SO damn expensive! Terrible!
Arbor caused me to lose a 3 year rate lock with another supplier by meddling with my account unbeknownst to me. Now I have to negotiate a new rate to avoid paying a fine and wind up with an increased rate. Stay out of my business unless I call you..... which will no longer happen!

Horrible!! I would rate a 0 if that was an option. I had a rate of $19.99 and they said they could find a lower rate. Two months and no success. It took me five minutes to find a better rate on my own. I paid an extra 2 months at a high rate for no reason. Their response was “you were rejected and we are working on finding something.” As the saying goes, if you want something done right, do it yourself!!

The savings are not adding up. I'm at a all time high .. $461.95 a month. No way . That is a record high. I save all my power bills. I've used more kwh a month in the past and it was almost 100 dollars cheaper. Not seeing the savings.. you can say it saved me this a month but when you do the math it's not adding up.
I did not use the service itself, but reached out via email with some questions. I received a fast, thorough, yet concise response.
