Before we had NRG. Arbor offered a lower rate and will continue to search for lower rates on our behalf. That saves me the time of doing that. Thank you.

Easy experience signing up, low (if any) maintenance on the user’s end, and saves money on your utility bills. What more could you ask for?

I did not have to do the leg work to get the lowest price. I use rewards points often and get to enter give aways.

I signed up with Arbor a few months and immediately got connected with a supplier with a lower rate. Process was seamless. A few months later, Arbor found me another supplier with a much lower rate. Well, I got a $150 early termination fee from the first supplier since my account was under contract for 2 years. I send a copy of the bill to Arbor and within a few hours, I got a payment of $150 to settle the bill from the previous supplier! This is a great and reputable company to work with. Their process was easy, straightforward and seamless.

I have been so happy with Arbors customer service representative. He is quick to respond with very clear information. The program is amazing...especially with the crazy fluctuation in energy cost right now. Great job!!!!!

Try them and cancelled them after dissatisfaction with the autopilot! I spent more time dealing with Arbor than doing it myself, and I entered into an electric supplier agreement with a much better price AND no ETF!!

edit: 4 star arbor called to clarify what happened, support was able to help clear things up, unfortunately there was confusion on the energy supplier's side of things OP: 1 star was prompted to get a new seller started the process then was denied arbor still acts like i got the update havent had the update in over 2 months cannot do anything to try for another new seller

I have Solar on my roof and drive an electric car. The car uses a lot of electricity to charge its batteries every day. My last four electric bills have been zero well that’s not true. This one was three dollars and the first one was six dollars. With Arbor, I’m paying almost half of what I was paying with my local (regional) utility.
