Pleased I signed up for Arbor
I signed up for Arbor, Im in Massachusetts and our town just ended a term deal with National Grid resulting in a three fold increase in our electric bill. They have 'reserved" me a price of .11/kw from my .16/kw....will see how long it takes to be in effect. I will update my review as necessary. Just wish you could "verify" your review online and not just through a cellphone. Make life easier for those of us not glued to our phones. *********************UPDATE 4/29/2024********************* My rate of .11/ kw was confirmed, and will commence with the coming months billing cycle. Very pleased, Arbor lowered my rate from .17. That is a 35% immediate savings per kw. In times like these where Massachusetts electric bills are unprecendently high, its a welcome reduction.
