Great service! they switched my utility company and I got an email from the new company, worried about the early-terminatination fee of the contract because i’ll be moving in a few months so I emailed support and they mentioned that they cover all fees related to early terminations. how awesome is that?!
Easy, straightforward, and after setup, it is automatic if you'd like it to be. Covers early termination fees and saved me 30% per Kwh at no cost to me. Whats there to dislike. City of dublin renegotiated our supply prices and we were looking at a 16% decrease in price which is decent for sure but Arbor managed to squeeze out another 14-15% from them for a whopping 30% total savings on our bill. So at least in my case scorecard reads 1-0 Arbor leading the City of Dublin.
Very clear and easy to sign up. Love the fact that I don't have to keep checking on updated rates. They do all the research then they take care of contacting my utility company. So easy for me.
within 24 hrs I was notified that I went from .19 kwh to .07 kwh. I was very pleased and thankful.
Arbor went above and beyond in keeping my electric costs down. Even though my high electric bill was really not their fault (they switched providers in time but the transition between companies seems to be slow in a way that creates opportunities for high bills). Arbor sent me money to cover the costs of my high bill. Their communication was excellent and timely. I’m very impressed and will continue to recommend them.
Arbor made it seamless and easy to make a switch to a better rate using another electricity provider. The savings over the next 9 months will be substantial. Of course, when this contract comes to a close I am interested to see how Arbor will magically help me switch once again. The customer service has been exceptional in responding to any and all questions. So far, this has been a highly satisfying experience.
Don't do it--don't sign up for Arbor unless you enjoy having your bills screwed up and costing you money. They signed me up with a company that had a higher rate than my local supplier, didn't confirm that the company offers net metering, and overall screwed my electric bill up for the third month in a row. Always, always, always, be suspicious of a company that doesn't provide a customer service phone number, because when you need to have a conversation with a human being, it's impossible. Arbor is a scam, you're better off investing your own time to find the best rates--a very simple process indeed! Otherwise you'll unknowingly be paying more each month in electric rates, and quite possibly be subjected to early termination fees when you try to disengage on your own. RESPONSE: No the supplier you signed me up w listed a rate of .11xxx per the Pa power switch site, which was higher than the PPL rate AND higher than my current provider rate of .09 from Brighten who offers net metering, which I need due to my solar panels and you’ve continuously neglected to consider when switching me to various suppliers. Also, there were rates lower than .09 (several at .08) listed so if you’re going to ignore my net metering needs why wouldn’t you choose “the lowest rate” as you advertise? Seems like an intentional miss on your part. I stand by my review. This is only a good service if you don’t mind paying more and having zero control over how much you’re paying. I find it interesting still that Arbor offers ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBERS, and they provide zero notice or documentation of the rates you are being switched to, so the only way you can see the rate is once your bill is finalized or if you conduct your own search on the power switch site. If I have to go there to figure out what rate I’ve been switched to, I might as well do it myself w just a few more clicks. Who is so lazy that they can’t do that??? lol If that’s the case they deserve to be ripped off. Not sorry, not satisfied w the lack of transparency. RESPONSE #2: Y’all are in my rear view, so you can keep editing your response all you want. I’m not reading and for anyone else who is, a wise consumer would not trust a third party to get their best rates, especially when it results in your service removing me from LOWER RATES.

Arbor is saving me money every month! At first I thought it was too good to be true, but it's legit. Arbor makes it easy to sign up and explains everything every step of the way!
At first I was a little apprehensive that this would actually work and that it was real. Then Arbor switched me from Constellation to the new provider. I have not seen an early termination fee at all (like I was expecting). It clearly states in the Constellation policy that there is a ETF if you cancel early. There was none. I have a rate that is 20 cents less than what I had. It's real, it works, it's worth trying and enjoy the monthly savings.
Arbor is the way to go instead of having all these people calling you and trying to lower your price Arbor shops for you. It’s fantastic. They found a price way lower than we were paying you thank you Arbor!!

If you haven’t, please go check out Arbor, it is a free service to find you the best energy rate. We moved to Ohio a few months ago and didn’t know you can choose your provider and I regret having paid a lot of money for those months, now my rate is so much affordable! Thanks Arbor
