My experience so far has been good. With the prices going up with electric it has saved alot of money for me. I feel the company sticks to their word on reducing the cost.
All I can say is so far so good. Not a single problem at all. They are always checking in with me every month or 2 just too see if anything has changed on my end. It's one of the easiest things I have done. They do all the work and I sit back and enjoy my life. No worries. My electric company that is local just announced they will be dropping there rates for there customers that have not switched to someone else. Well I say it's too late for them they should not of been greedy from the beginning. PPL!!!!!.

I am so glad I found Arbor when I did; I was scraping by when my electricity bill skyrocketed over the winter, and while it's still high (living on Lake Erie with massive windows in the living room) Arbor has made it much more manageable. Super easy to set up and once you've done so you're good to go! I tell literally everybody I know about Arbor bc it's genuinely that amazing of a service.

The whole process from start to finish was super easy. I was able to lower my electric generation rate and Arbor will continue to try to find the best rate for me in the future.
