I joined Arbor today but then found a lower rate on my own and tried to cancel my enrollment. **There is no live person to speak with and everything is done by email. The chat support is only a bot.** They “aim” to reply to email requests within 24 hours. I turned off the autopilot, so they can’t automatically enroll me. My advice to new or perspective customers is not to enable this option and give them automatic access to your electricity account. My advice to Arbor is to put an option on the dashboard to cancel the service so customers can unenroll on their own. Have an email cancellation confirmation set up after the request has been received and/or processed. Please remind customers that they can turn the autopilot enrollment off on their account dashboards in the automated emails that you keep sending. That was not clearly mentioned. Not being able to talk to a live person is extremely frustrating and makes the company feel less legitimate. I just got an email that submitting multiple requests will delay a response, so don’t do that. Arbor, when you don’t have a customer representative to speak with, people will keep sending you messages out of frustration and concern about being ignored.
