HI Good Morning,
I have urchased two separate eSIM under my emaiL.. I have received 2 eSIM but one i am unable to activate.
Then i oder another eSIM from m wife email address , but that bar code never arrived.
So i am unable to use the two eSIM at all although the comany has taken money 31AUD for tis two eSIM. This has greatly affected my holiday.Looks like this company is dodge. I was unable to reach any one on whatsup contact. Also i was unable to install the app from Bali, it was saying, this app is not available in yor country. but this has already charged me for 3 eSIM.
THERE IS HIGH RISK OF LOOSING MONEY IF YOU TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I want my money back please in my bank card asap.
other wise i need to report it as false transaction.
