Set up issues
With an upcoming trip, I purchased 2 global esims for my kids. At the time of purchased I realised that I only attached one of the esims to one of the kids and not the other, so one of the esims was in my email account. After dealing with the every helpful (and extremely patient) Theresa via Whats app she was able to transfer the esim from my account to my child.
