Bought an eSIM for Morocco. Sim received and setup was super easy before the trip. Arrived in Morocco and it would not connect to any network apart from Orange. There was no Meditel as stated in the information pack. Watched all the videos on the help page - typed in the new data as suggested. No luck. Wasted money.
Jetpac are a scam they sell a great service and fail to deliver. I bought 30 day pack for South Asia don’t work in Vietnam or when I travelled to Thailand. Spent an hour on what’s app trying to resolve. They said they would send new e sim Never turned up. Don’t use them total scam
I have used JetPac in Asia and now am trying it out in UK and Europe on 3 family phones. Had slight issue activating on of the phones but Ferlene from JetPac sorted it very quickly. Great service and good prices.

Nel didn't waste any time in getting my silly phone up and running via WhatsApp. I had just landed in a new country and was relieved she was there to take me step by step through the process. I have convinced 3 of my friends to use JP with no issues.

I had problem with getting the first time user deal through web browsers. After few attempts to get help on the issue, I was able to get the support I needed only through Jetpac Global's whatsapp chat support. Gladly, I was matched with Jay and he was very helpful as all the suggestions he gave me were the necessary ones to get my eSIM up and running. So my initial negative experience with Jetpac turned out to be a positive one thanks to Jay's assistance.

No funciona, pésimo servicio en todo aspecto. Pésima experiencia, no funcionó nada, desde el comienzo. El servicio al cliente se demoraba promedio 10 horas en contestar. Casi tres dias para nunca resolver los problemas de la Esim card en Japón. Hacen el rembolso pero no devuelven integralmente todo el dinero. Debí confiar en los comentarios de las personas que decían que no funcionaba. Una estafa y pérdida de tiempo. Nunca más.
